Nice pool. Not too crowded since it is for only Sky Suites guests only. Great place to chill amd have a drink. Would recommend expanding scotch selections. Piña colada was delicious.
Aria Sky Suites - Pros: Serene private suites and access Luxury Airport transportation Private pool but suited next to the main poll Cons: 1. Lack of front desk service. Requested specific room and got the exact opposite 2. Bathrooms are very small for the suite 3. Living TV didnt work 4. Sink was clogged 5. Vegans - Not many options 6. We found hair in fruit platter 7. Sky suites lounge is pretty basic food option and just coffee. 8. Get your own water
Wonderful experience! We went 3 times last year - twice staying in the Penthouse Suites & once in a Sky Corner Suite. Each time our experience was great - didn't wait long at all for a room, everyone was nice & polite, & we had a great time. Get to the pool early to get a good chair - even at the private pool. Cabanas are a great experience as well!
This hotel is terrible. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. No one knows what the other hand is doing. Took so long to get the room situated that most of the strip was closed by the time we left the hotel for the night. After going back and forth with the concierge for 3 hours I was only compensated $200 minus the parking and resort fee I spent over a thousand for the room. I would highly recommend you avoid this place until they can get there act together. This experience ruined what was supposed to be a fun night with my family and friends for my 40th birthday. Covid is no excuse for such poor customer service.
Great perk to staying in the SkySuites portion of the Aria. This area is less crowded than the regular two pools. Food and beverage items and service are great. Pricing is typical to any other property on the strip.
I would definitely recommend renting a cabana or day bed. It's not crowded, quiet and the food is incredible. The turmeric egg bowl is some of the best food I ate on our whole trip. Slab bacon is so so good.
Worst vacation experience ever. They force you to wear a mask even if you are by yourself in a private cabana. Mask are required everywhere and encouraged inside the water. The most absurd, moronic, unfriendly atmosphere I’ve ever been in. Go to any other hotel in Las Vegas, please!
Terribly short staffed, they can’t service the guests. Rooms not ready, poor service all the way
Security is horrible and the security manager is unprofessional
Well heated in cold weather, very comfortable
