Called to inquire about foam and it's safety for allergies and was told to google it. Women on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never rent from this place. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING Yikes**Update**- calling potential customers names and attacking them when they are asked a valid question. A chemical data sheet AKA a safety data sheet should be available legally to all employees at any time the company is using any type of chemicals. Looks like from past reviewed nothing has changed. Will definitely be presenting this to our HOA who hired these people and be sure not to use them again.

Chad Thomas the CEO of Bounce Around struggles immensely with small man syndrome. When confronted by an issue instead of responding professionally he lashes out. He is best known for being a keyboard warrior as he refused to meet in person with anyone. He was given a golden spoon from a young age and unfortunately never learned hard work or the importance of customer service. His company was hired for an event today in Mesa, Az and was asked questions about their chemical foam to insure it was vegan friendly to make sure it does not cause a health risk to any of our community members who will attend. He decided to attack the the person we asked to call who is paying for the event. If anyone has any reactions we will be holding Chad liable to the fullest extent. If you are in the market for rentals I would look at one of the 1000s of other companies who actually care about their customers.

If you want to spend $350 to be utterly disappointed, look no further. We had our Son's birthday party at a local park last week and wanted to try the buccaneer bouncer which is fully enclosed and inflatable. Single driver arrived over an hour later than stated time on contract so people were already arriving to party. He told me his helper was arrested on the drive over so I offered to help set up to speed things along. With two of us setup was easy and he then left. Immediately kids started filing in and just as fast jumping out screaming, holding their eyes! There was gravel and dry grass flying in the air EVERYWHERE. I ran home, grabbed my shopvac and got to work. 40 frantic minutes of vacuuming and it was able to be finally jumped in. Then the kicker. They arrive only 3 hours after having set it up to begin it was two persons now. Literally kicked the remaining kids out and turned the power off promptly at 1:55 pm having setup at 11:00. Calling management I was told to wait for an offer for future credits and I have been waiting ever since. Spend your money elsewhere.

We used Arizona Bounce Around for our holiday office party and they were very easy to deal with, very prompt and on schedule. I felt very comfortable dealing with them because they were always available and very understanding with my needs. The delivery guys were very polite and helpful. It's always nerve racking being in charge of party planning but now i'm the office party hero. Thanks again for helping our party be fun.

I booked with Arizona Bounce Around for my daughters birthday. I ordered an inside toddler bouncer and tables/chairs. They set up the bouncer and vacuumed it "clean", but in reality left it full of dirt. Clearly the bouncer was used outside and didn't cleaned up before they rented it out to be an "inside" bouncer. We had to get in there and wipe it down ourselves.. even getting ourselves dirty. When they came to pick up everything we took down everything ourselves and had it all ready for them by the door. So, not sure why you have to pay a $50 set up/take down fee when you do it yourselves. Overall, service wasn't too great. Will be looking into other places to book from next time!

In general, a good experience. However, they were really busy and scheduled pick-up time way later than the end of the event. I did not pay attention to this detail that is on me so someone had to stay behind at the venue late at night, guarding the thing for almost 2 hours. Not fun... Partially my fault, but I was not warned. When I called, they could not come earlier too busy. You need to pay attention to the details very closely. Also, had the address taken down wrong after phone conversation so read the email you receive carefully to make sure everything is order. Otherwise, the bounce house was in good shape and the people who delivered were courteous.

I rented a stage extension from Arizona Bounce Around and they were so great to work with! They were very professional and easy to get ahold of and always were able to answer my questions. This was a destination wedding for us, but I was confident putting trust in them and they did not disappoint!

I got a call last minute from family telling me to find a place that has outdoor heaters. I called every place I could find but they were all closing it was roughly 4:50 PM. No one would offer their services at that late in the day. I gave Arizona Bounce Around a call and Paulina told me they closed at 5:00 PM just like everyone else but she said she understood the situation and said she will do her best. An hour later I had 3 outdoor heaters delivered. They literally saved the day for me. Paulina was an angel! Salias sorry if I butchered the name was also an awesome help! He setup the heaters and took them to our backyard. Thank you Arizona Bounce Around for taking care of my difficult last minute situation and for the excellent customer service! I would DEFINITELY recommend Arizona Bounce Around.
