The customer service here is great as far as assisting in a timely manner, but once we entered our room. We noticed after setting our luggage down, that there was yellow spots on each of our beds, there was stains on the pillows, so we called the front desk, and let them know what we saw. They sent a gentleman up here to deliver new pillowcases, we had seen blood stains on the pillows, red marks on the pillows, and also a black mark that I’m not sure what to identify it as. After informing the front desk, on what we’ve experienced, they sent the same gentleman up here to provide us new pillowcases and new sheets, we asked if they could have someone to come up here to make the bed over again since it’s dirty. I was informed that housekeeping is off, and that we would have to make our own bed and wait till the morning time for them to assist if we wanted to wait till then. I am highly disappointed with what we’ve experienced, we were offered a suite, but as we told the front desk, our children are asleep they did not contact us back until midnight when we informed them about this at 10pm. Respect the fact that we paid for our night here, and hopefully the manager will compensate us for another night. Again, I am very disappointed, especially being that we have a family member who owns a station casino so we know how it’s supposed to be as far as customer service, cleanliness and presentation. Rooms: To explain the rooms, I’m not sure where to start. The bathroom is filthy with nothing but mold next to the shower. Then, by the bed where the lamps are, there are brown stains as if someone’s hands were dirty and they were just turning the light switch on and off. Then when you make your way to the window, there is a huge white stain on the curtain.
Babe......if you want to get lung cancer in one day, this is the spot. If you never smoked and always wanted to try... This is the spot. Don't even spend your money on cigarettes. Just step in this place. This would have been great location had it not been for that. I literally hated walking through their lobby. I even checked out the night before because I couldn't wait up until morning. The smoke was coming through the vents when I turned the AC on, It was horrible. Management get a better ventilation system, build a smoking area outside. I couldn't even play the slot machines. I had to go to another hotel just for that. Lastly my pillows smelled like pee. Rooms: Pissy as hell Noteworthy details: Smokey as hell
The staff were very accommodating and courteous...and having a Dunkin Donuts on the ground floor just off the casino was definitely a plus. In all honesty, we rarely ran into any other hotel guests on our floor and hardly even heard any other patrons, which in and of itself was somewhat surprising to me and my wife. We liked the room, had easy access to parking and were quite near to many restaurants and shops, all of which was a plus. If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable and affordable room, give this place a try -- we were definitely pleased with our stay.
Well how should I start this I had a nightmare of a move so we found our new apartment however it would not be available for another 10 days and we have to already be moved out at where we were staying ASAP so what to do? We went and checked weeky hotels motels Apartments whatever and we also started checking hotels because of you know if you're from Vegas hotels motels are usually cheaper during the week and more expensive in the weekends. So between me and my roommate we were looking almost at all the websites and we came to Arizona Charlie's Decatur first of all Arizona Charlie's is one of the most casino that we go to because it was near where we moved from and have always found the staff very friendly and very helpful so we decided to take that route we booked Arizona Charlie's for 11 plus days and spent money that we didn't have on a hotel when we checked out our room for the 11 plus days including food breakfast lunch dinner came to about $1,100 - the day that we checked out was the day that we were scheduled to move into our new apartment on Tropicana and Decatur. Everybody was very nice at Arizona Charlie's Decatur from the front desk to the casino people to housekeeping I would love to say thank you very much for making our Nightmare move a little less nightmarish! Great job on your staff Arizona Charlie's they should be commended
Internet is the worst and you can’t even open anything. You will have to upgrade and pay to get a better connection which is limited to one device and expires in 24 hours. Good internet connection should be a basic standard for hotels.
First time here to see Gypsy Dreams on a Saturday. The casino is older but well kept and clean. The staff is friendly. If you're going to see a band, make sure to reserve a table. It gets crowded.Location: 5/5
Stayed in the Klondike tower. Which was very nice. The handicapped room was very spacious, clean & comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff everywhere. Rooms, casino, restaurant & front desk.Rooms: 4/5
I really enjoy this place every time. There are a ton of slot games to keep any button pusher happy. Lol. Service is always great from every dept, especially the rewards center. Very good food options. Highly recommend.Rooms: 4/5
Stayed one night before heading to the airport the next day. It was good to see old friends and the wait staff we used to know here. The gambling allowed no play time, just like there other properties in Laughlin. This hotel needs other amenities other than a decent band at night. Rooms: The room was clean but clearly had a lot of wear and tear.
After living in Las Vegas since 2014, and seeing those Arizona Charlies commercials constantly on tv, my wife and I finally decided to stop in on 10 Nov 2023 to see what this property was all about. First off, I can't say I'm a fan of the area. I mean, it's not like I feel my life is in immediate danger or anything...it's just that I can't say I would feel comfortable walking outside the property at night with my family. The property itself wasn't big at all - I think I had high expectations of this place because of its advertisements looks like their media team did a sufficient job on this guy. Due to the lack of size and the amount of people smoking, it was difficult to breathe in here because the property itself doesn't seem to ventilate as good as other casino properties in this city. Also, everything in here looks a bit dated, and I'm not certain if there's any intent to modernize this property anytime soon. I've heard from other people that lived in this city way longer than I have, that this casino used to be a locals hot spot, and that locals from all over the city no matter what part of the valley they reside, would make the trip to play here. I don't know what changed, but this place definitely didn't "tickle my fancy." The employees here "seemed" to be nice and helpful just by observation; however, I cannot validate this statement either since I never interacted with any of them. My wife and I played here for a little bit but ended up leaving faster than anticipated because I just didn't feel comfortable here. I'm sure this property is great for several locals it's apparent since this place is still open for business, but I just cannot justify myself to drive all the way here to play when there's closer and nicer properties near my house in the far Northwest part of the city. Honestly, I can't say I will be back at this property and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at this time. If you're a local or even a visitor and you enjoy coming to this property, then thumbs up to you all. Even businesses like this deserve to stay open to provide service and entertainment for people. I, myself, will choose other establishments to satisfy my entertainment needs.
