Arizona Digital Transfer

I’m hoping later I will be able to change this review but for now here’s how it is going. Back on September 17th I dropped off my husband’s old family movies and slides on film for a Christmas gift. Though I was told they couldn’t guarantee it would be ready in time, I sill felt confident I was dropping off well in advance and that it had a good chance. Today is 12/14 almost 3 months later and I called again because no one called me back yesterday when I left a voicemail message. I was left with the impression they hadn’t even begun to work. And for him to ramble on about how close we are to Christmas and how he’s probably going to have to work day and night…Not to mention took half of my cash up front. I should just save it for 2023 maybe they will have the transfers done after 15 months!! UPDATE: They came through and had my order ready on 12/19 and I picked it up on 12/20. They showed me clips of the 8mm films and some of the slides. They came out amazingly well considering this footage was from the 1960’s. I recommend calling before you head over there to make sure someone is there. Still on the fence if I will take my VHS tapes there.

I had a great experience. i dropped off 7 vhs/8mm old tapes to have them transfer to usb sticks and had a lot of editing directions for them. i also asked them if they could get the job completed in a week as i had a celebration of life that i wanted to use them for. Gabe said he could get it done. on the last day Gabe stayed 3 hours after closing to complete the job for me as i was nervous about not getting them that day. He totally took care of me and the job was completed correctly and turned out great! He went above and beyond to make sure he delivered on his promise. Thank you very much for what you guys did and i will recommend anyone to use your services. i also will be bringing more tapes to transfer in the future!

In the initial conversation there was an estimate made of the number of items they were to process with a specific price attached and a specific time frame to complete. At no time were we made aware the amount of items had doubled, which in turn doubled the price and the time, they simply went ahead with the work without a courtesy call, called us 6 months later to let us know it was ready and blindsided us with the cost, double of what was agreed to and we would need to pay in order to get our family pictures back. A suggestion for them would be to have an upfront conversation in the beginning instead of trying to justify why the price doubled without no warning. I would not recommend them.

Awesome Awesome Awesome! I brought in some 8mm tapes from the 1980's and this place converted them to a jump drive that opens beautifully on my computer. The store is clean inside and the owner is extremely knowledgeable about what he does.

Our Dad was finally able to do something he never thought he could do. Because of AZ Digital Transfers, he was able to share his 50 year old reel-to-reel music with us, his grandkids and his great grandkids.

The main reason that I chose their services was that they are local. To be able to give the source material directly to a live person gave me a great deal of trust and a sense of security knowing nothing would go wrong with the order. The customer service was very good.

AZ Digital Transfers Has been doing great work for me and my family. My VHS transfers to DVD may take a few weeks, but everything tunes out wonderful. I recommend AZ Digital for all your AV needs!

I was so glad to know that they had DAT conversion as one of their services, esp bc the first place I contacted said they did not do this anymore! The staff was great, and I was able to receive the data in a timely manner. Totally recommend to anyone with data/video/audio needs.
