EXCELLENT SERVICE!! We were completing renovations in an older home we purchased and were very concerned with the potential for asbestos. I reached out to a few different companies that advertised asbestos sampling and decided to go with Rodney and AES due to the prompt response, friendliness, and competitive price. Rodney met me less than 12 hours later to take samples and discuss my concerns. He went as far as to point out other areas in the home that may/most likely contain asbestos should we consider doing other work down the road. We were given the test results same day and he called to discuss the results further with us. Rodney took the time to answer all of our questions, make recommendations, and ease our concerns. I felt he was very diligent but did not try and gouge us out of money on unnecessary testing. I would highly recommend utilizing this company!!

When I discovered the popcorn ceiling in my home could contain asbestos I became very worried for the health of my family. When I called Arizona Environmental Specialists they put my mind at ease. They were clearly the pros. They had someone out to inspect my house very quickly, and results within 24 hours. Very happy with the service.

Beware. Corrupt & dishonest. They will offer clients a price incentive in exchange for good reviews and will manipulate reports to show a clear report (which will be very apparent once you get a actual certified inspection from elsewhere and independent testing). Collin will also give you bad advise that could prove life threatening like it did for our family, while benefiting whoever you are renting from. They are not certified mold inpectors. If you suspect you have toxic mold, use certified, honest industrial hygienists instead, who are actually certified in the field and won't manipulate the report to favor your landlord. Don't trust AES. And don't trust their "clear" report or advise. And even if they tell you to, never use bleach to clean toxic mold, it releases dangerous mycotoxins. And molds like Stachyborus, the black toxic mold ARE very dangerous even if they tell you otherwise. Inform yourself, read up resources such as those listed on the survivingmold website (Google it).

As a Real Estate Broker for nearly 30 years I find the resource provided by AES invaluable. Home buyers want to believe that their home is fine but reality is that in many conditions, surrounding age or incident testing is the best way to protect your interest. AES provides quick and accurate testing to assist in discovering environmental impact. Rodney and the crew spend the time to educate the consumer as well as test results. I highly recommend AES for your future needs. My clients like to be sure!

I called and spoke to the owner, Rodney, about possible mold in one of my kitchen cabinets. He was extremely informative and helpful and gave me his honest opinion. When it comes to mold, I have read horror stories online about people taking advantage of consumers because of all of the fear that surrounds ”black mold”. He was 100% upfront and honest and did not give me false information for personal profit. I did not end up needing his services but I highly recommend him because of his knowledge and integrity.
