Very pleased. Great service, guys are super friendly. Lots of selection for those not picky. Plenty of those 'scary black guns'. Online orders for the picky and they are ready on time. On site background checks. Very basic storefront, but quite functional. They also do trades, layaway, firearm collateral pawn loans, and used firearm sales. Bought 3 firearms from this place, and happy with them all. Good quality control.

I would like to thank a certain sales person and manager don't recall their names especially all the sales staff for being super friendly and helpful. These particular Individual's were able to understand my situation on my layaway and I met my deadline before paying off. I definitely recommend Arizona firearms of Tempe for the supportive staff to pick the best collection for in stock firearms for your everyday needs and self defense, including the Ammunition that's always available. They have the absolute best prices in range that are affordable new/used firearms. I have been going to them for since 2019 for all my accessory/ rifle needs. They deserve the 5 stars as I haven't had bad experience with them so I'll continue to use them as my preferred location.

Purchased my first Glock here. One of the best shops around and so is the Chandler location. Matt helped me and ultimately I picked the Glock 48. Solid choice thanks Matt. Also ask John for help he’s a smart and helpful guy too. Thanks guys

First off, I am from Texas. I spent my day traveling to roughly 15 gun shops today and this is by far the best and most impressive shop I have been to. This shop reminded me of some gun shops back home in Texas. From the stacks of old holsters to used wheel guns to the rich and potent smell of gun oil... I knew this was the real gun shop in town that had not been taken over by yuppies or commercialized like many of the others I traveled to early in the day. The customer service was phenomenal and the guys working the counter were legit gun guys who love firearms and were not arrogant like some of the other shops I traveled to. They were cool and laid back. Unfortunately, I ran out of time today, but will be back tomorrow to browse some of their other items. Seriously, this is the definition of a real gun shop. Burt Gummer would be proud.

From the moment I walked in I felt uncomfortable, it was genuinely amazing watching these guys run a business. I walked in and was stared at for a solid 2 minutes before being asked if I needed help. Like yeah why do you think I’m coming in? And yeah it’d be great if one of y’all responded. The owner or at least the manager seemed professional yet all of his younger staff were either in a rush to get sell me or either leave because I wasn’t worth there time, like okay yeah I may not look like I’m ballin but I am. Real funny. I was just trynna get a gun man, pretty simple. Yet I’m here writing this review due to what, bad customer skills. Mind actually blown compared to the great hospitality around Arizona. Come on man.

Came in to “look” but they have such great deals it was hard leaving with out something, twice! Haha, good job guys. Great prices and a friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend to everyone and I am definitely going back for more. Thanks guys!

I called AZ Firearms today to ask for a firearm that I have been looking to locate in store. I thought I had found it because the person on the phone stated they had it. The person on the phone said they would hold it for me. To my surprise, once I arrived at the store, the firearm was not the exact one I was looking for however, upon browsing the store with my husband, we were able to find a similar one that would suffice. I told the attendant I wanted the firearm to purchase, then he stated that because “a man’s voice” was overheard on the phone, he had to complete a background check. We gladly cooperated. After completing the application, we were told that “The way these questions were answered, they would not be able to sell a firearm to either of us”. My husband and I are both legally in this country and in good standing. I am a US citizen and they have deprived me of my right to bear arms, second amendment of the US Bill of Rights, for no legal reason. I am very disappointed with my visit to this establishment and feel discriminated against because we are both people of color.

i truly had the worse experience shopping at this specific location. The moment i stepped into the shop i felt uncomfortable. For such a huge decision i felt as though i was rushed, and persuade to purchase a firearm i was never interested in. This place will not get a dime from me. I recommend everyone shop elsewhere!!

Kelly is the MAN !! We moved in az from NYC and this was our first gun shop literally. Very intimidating but it’s normal we’re not used to guns but Kelly was very nice he educated us in less then 15 mn very knowledgeable and kind person. It should be that way for places that sell firearms

Have done business here numerous times and will continue to do so. The people working there are helpful, kind, and cool. Never had a bad experience here.
