I would give zero stars if I could! We placed an order in April for our community event today December 9th for snow and slide. They were scheduled to arrive at 2pm and our event started at 4, received a call around 1:15 saying there was an issue with the equipment and asked if it would be okay if they showed up at 3 instead, we agreed. Received another call shortly before 3 saying the drivers were coming from San Tan Valley, and if it was okay that they showed up at 4, we agreed because our event was today. The driver called me at 3:56 to ask if it was okay for them to schedule for tomorrow. They eventually had someone show up with ice but didn't have anyone to blow the ice. The owner, Gene wouldn't call me, wouldn't respond to messages. The driver gave me every excuse as to why he wasn't showing up. Terrible service, and the only recommendation is to stay clear of this company!! Next step is to get our deposit back that was paid for months ago!!
You guys disappointed about 50 kids we had a huge snow party planned , 40 tons of snow. Confirmed everything and you guys are a no-show. I see why you have such bad reviews. This is unacceptable.
This place has the worst customer service!!! we were told our ordered was gonna be delivered next day between 8am and 10am. we called them around 2pm to ask for an ETA on our delivery but the guy that answered our calls was rude and very upset , saying they don't give ETA's and that he did not know who we talked to . we end up cancelling our order.
Gene helped us with a small little project and made us feel like it wasn’t an inconvenience at all— would definitely recommend him for your dry ice or shipping needs!
I would really appreciate if they would teach their drivers not to block the left lane on the freeway. They're going to cause an accident. And a number of people gave him the finger honking at them. Rude
Our ice machine broke and I ordered ice from them. Told them we close at 2. Was told no problem, would deliver by 1pm. Called before 2 and said they are running late but on there way. So we waited until 530pm and no call no show. Left several messages and they did call Monday and said they would deliver before noon. They never showed up again! How unprofessional is this company. Guess all the reviews point in one direction. I'm actually shocked that the owner would say driver is on their way and then not show up.
If I could give zero stars I would. Booked with this company over a month in advance. 600lb ice delivery for a corporate event. This was our second year using them. First year went fine but I have no clue what happened with them since then. They were a total no show. No call. No nothing. They don’t even have someone to answer the phone on Saturdays when deliveries are supposed to be made. I left messages and they didn’t even follow up after. When I called and finally got ahold of someone I spoke with a gentleman who basically laughed and said he had no explanation aside for the fact they were short on drivers that day and also mentioned there were other deliveries that didn’t get made on the same day. When booking ice orders this is usually a need due to quantity and event. The fact that the customer service was soo poor is really where they failed. We understand things happen. But No followup - no explanation and no offer to try to make the situation better and to keep this event planners business. It’s very sad and I would highly consider taking your ice order elsewhere if you want to make sure it arrives. I know we will be. Based on recent reviews I can obviously see now I’m not the only one.
We ordered ice for a major event and it was never delivered. I called and they said the driver called in sick. No one called us to let us know. Very poor service. Do not recommend.
We ordered 15 tons of ice shaved into snow for a community event. We had a signed contract with the delivery day and time listed. When calling to confirm two days before the event - they stated they were delivering it early - the next morning! We had to cancel the order. Worse customer service ever. The manager yelled at us and owner told us to go ahead and sue. We already paid them in full. I hope we get our money back!!
Placed an order 5 days in advance, called the morning of our event to confirm the delivery, their dispatch confirmed, then that afternoon no call, no show, no delivery. Called multiple times only to be answered with incredulous banter. Unbelievable. Horrible service. This was my 3rd time using this company. First time they delivered 3 hours late, second time was an hour late fortunately I requested delivery time 2 hours before our event started, and third time no show. 3 strikes.
