Good group of people and leader. Casual. Was located at a home in Mesa. May have moved since my last meditation session.

Meditation on Thursdays is great here at the Buddhist temple. From 7-8:30there is guided meditation. It is a very peaceful setting and great people. The temple can be hard to discern from the street, it looks like an ordinary home, but once inside it is very much a temple.

I need to unwind and get my life!!! Meditation is not for everyone. If you can't sit still and center yourself for at least 45 minutes... don't do it. I am going to look into a meditation for anxious people and see where in can start! It seems beneficial

Poisitived meditation

Outside it appears to be a normal house in a lower income part of town. Inside, it is beautiful and simple temple where friendly people gather to meditate.
