Excellent products and good customer service. However their shipping department lacks something to be desired. Do not ever order products from them if it is for a time sensitive job. You will be holding the bag with no answers for your client.

They make outstanding products with an exceptional level of customer service. I have never had a bad experience in the three years my company has been purchasing products from them.

Don't waste your time even trying to contact this company. They will not return your calls or reply to the emails. The local building supply company can't even get them to respond to phone calls for orders. It is obvious they are not in business to do business.

Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring. All day. Great products, but if you're not interested in answering the phone to sell them, then they are no good to me. I liked you better before the move.

Need better customer service. Trying to put in thousands of dollars worth of orders and the rep leaves me on standby with no response. Communication skills are poor.
