Generally delivers superior pool maintenance services. We had a couple of hiccups along the way as far as a minor repair issue, and in the end AZ Pool and Fountain was responsive and got the repair done. I appreciate them taking care of the problem. Recommended.

If I could give these “professionals” zero stars I would be so inclined. Not only did we lose our 4 largest koi fish after they drained and cleaned our pond, but also they FAILED TO INFORM US that the fish were gone. We had to call them and inquire about the missing fish. There was no accountability on their part and only when litigation was mentioned did they pay to replace what we’d lost. Horrible business.

Could not be happier with the service provided. They are detailed, take the time explain everything and dedicated. Highly recommend.
