Adam at Arizona Rug Company cleaned three rugs for me. I did quite a bit of research before choosing a company to clean our rugs and so happy we went with ARC. The attention to detail, knowledge, and customer service I was given by Adam and his team, was above and beyond. After three weeks of deep cleaning, the rugs came back softer and cleaner than ever before. Highly recommend this company.

Have bought several rugs over the years from Arizona Rug Company. They have a great selection of traditional and contemporary rugs and lots of sizes to choose from. The staff is knowledgable about rug construction and the store is an easy, low pressure place to browse and shop. Over the years we've been tempted to buy rugs from West Elm or Crate&Barrel but the rugs from AZ Rug Company look better and last longer.
Just wanted to say thank you again for working w/ us on the several rugs we purchased from you folks! We have to say, this last one, the KAS Luna 7120 works soooooooooooooooooooooo perfectly and we couldn't be happier. The other favorite of ours was the huge Momeni New Wave in our family room. I've taken a liking to going to dedicated stores to buy things, and this is a good example of why. The selection was better than I found at discount furnishing stores. The salespeople not only helped me find a rug I was happy with, but were also willing to teach me a bit about what goes into making them. I felt I walked away having made an informed purchase, which I appreciate.
I went into the Arizona rug company store on Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale ADAM took good care of me I found a great looking 8 x 11 Karastan rug that fit perfect in my loft area…. very organized store they let you browse no high pressure highly recommended
