The absolute worst place in shreveport to do business! I spent over 10k at this store and wanted to exchange a brand new 3 door unused un wrapped upright cooler for a 2 draw cooler because it will not fit in my bar I told this to the manager the day after delivery but was told it would be a 30% restocking fee 800.00. That's not fair or is it right, I didn't want a refund and I didnt want the difference of the freezer just the freezer. I was told "NO" by the manager and when I asked for the manager I was told he is not in after I was told the previous day he would be in at 9am. If you want janky services and to be treated poorly feel free to spend ur hard earned money here. I even reached out to the manufacturer who also suggested that I receive a two drawer but the manager refused on multiple occasions.
