I will not go back. These employees are rude and uncaring! They act like you are just trash! They act like you don't deserve help! And I see that most of these reviews are saying the same thing. Why isn't something being done? These people act like they are so much better than you and you are putting them out by coming in and trying to talk to them. Thank goodness I have the option of going to the Lonoke office!

It was so hot inside in the middle of may. Even on a slow day the wait time is ridiculous. Some of the workers are very nice & professional. But others are just flat out rude. & act annoyed that they're even having to talk to you. I wish they didn't make it so hard to apply for whatever it is that you need.

I am calling out this waste of public resources! They deserve a 0 review. My husband is a severe diabetic! These idiots WILL NOT answer the phone, no answering machine,no nothing. My husband will go into a diabetic coma & die without insulin!!!!! We have been crawling up thier ass for 3 MONTHS!!!!! Nothing!!!! I am done & are turning to outside resources! Make NO mistake; if my poor husband is hospitalized over this; I WILL SUE EVERYONE that had ANYTHING to do with this & did NOTHING! Be warned because I am serious!!!!
