I cannot recommend this clinic. They have a blanket policy of not allowing spouses who are unvaccinated to come to the clinic, period. Not even on the premises. My husband wanted to come with me to discuss the results of my hysterosalpingogram and he was asked to leave by the front desk. Front desk admonished me after he left, and asked if I wanted to transfer care. I explained I wanted to discuss my results from the procedure completed by the doctor that day, and that I could transfer care as well. I explained I feel it is against cdc guidelines now as unvaxxed have the same guidelines as vaxxed. The doctor must have been insulted and refused to see me to discuss my results. I had to ask if I needed antibiotics, which I was told since I was transferring care he would not be doing that. When I calmly stated that is medical neglect they decided to follow up on it. After reading other reviews, I believe this clinic does not respect their patients. I waited 2 hours to get this procedure done, anxious, and was treated like a dope addict demanding Xanax. Ridiculous. Go somewhere else.
Dr. Batres and his staff are very helpful. He is always happy and more than willing to sit down with you and go over ANY questions you may have. Sometimes this causes delays for the next patient. So will you sometimes have a wait in the waiting room? Of course! This is one of the only IVF fertility clinics in the state. He also takes very detailed notes in their system after each patient. Seems necessary since they see so many patients, so I don't expect them to remember me. I wouldn't remember me. I love having access to the portal. Sarah Humhpries, APN and Patsy Caudle, RN respond to any messages I send through the portal SAME DAY. I've had nothing but great experiences at this clinic and I've have four IUI's and we're starting our IVF journey this month. I would take all negative reviews with a grain of salt!
I had nothing but a great experience at this clinic. Everyone was always so helpful and kind. I can not thank each of them enough for helping me achieve my dream of becoming a mom. I would recommend anyone to see either Dr Moutos or Dr Batres they both are very knowledgeable and explain things extremely well and take time to answer any questions you have.

AR, AR 01 7/27/2022 I wish i would have looked at reviews before wasting so much time with this place, because every complaint I have read thus far is very VALID! Lets start with scheduled appointments ...sitting in a room for over a hour just for the doc to come in for 5 min max, not even remember who you are just to tell you what he is going to do next time and then they schedule you another appointment a month out. Oh, but when it was time for a fibroid removal conveniently able to schedule me for the next week. I received no instructions leading up to surgery, but received a call the morning of stating i was suppose to be checked in the hospital 1 hour ago and upon arrival the same doc handing me a paper to sign for pre-surgery instructions AS THEY ARE TAKING ME TO THE SURGERY ROOM! I was delayed returning to work waiting on staff to fill out FMLA documentation. I was scheduled for a follow up visit and again sat in a room for over a hour for the doc to come in just to tell me we are moving foward with with IVF and the next steps 1 minute tops. I took off work for something that could have been said over the phone or even msgs! He never even looked to see how I healed following surgery. A month pass and i haven't heard from anyone about scheduling my next appointment, so i reach out with my concerns with the lack of communication. The nurses respond on a Saturday, with a scheduled appt for that Tuesday? I let them know that too short of a notice and instead of taking responsibility for their lack of communication or follow up the nurse pretty much attempts to scold me on not being a available and pretty much if i didnt have the time i should cancel going through IVF like other patients in the past! AFTER OVER A MONTH OF NO COMMUNICATION FROM ANYONE! They have no respect for patients time and just add stress to an already stressful process. We are now choosing to receive treatment out of state instead of in Arkansas where the clinic is less than 15 minutes away because of staff who simply don't care about the health care services they are providing to the public! Stay away from this place at all cost! Its worth driving the distance for quality health care.

When coming to your appointment make sure to take 2-3 hours for PTO or sick leave. You will wait in the lobby almost an hour. Then you will have to wait in the room for the doctor to arrive to come in the room to talk to you. That can take up to 30 minute to an hour. You can thank me later. Hope this helps.
I feel like I was given very little support by the nursing staff when I had a devastating miscarriage after my first embryo transfer and a subchorionic hemorrhage after my second embryo transfer when I thought I was miscarrying again thankfully I didn't - but I'm still giving a five star review because Dr. Batres did absolutely everything he possibly could to make my dream of having a baby come true and in the end he gave me the beautiful miracle of my son.
This is my second appointment and both times I have waited over an hour to see the doctor. Absolutely no respect for you and your time. I've been in this room for 7 mins shy of an hour and a half and no doctor. If I was 15 mins late they would cancel my appointment and charge me, but it is okay for them to be over an hour and a half late?
Avoid this place at all costs. It is so scary that this institution is a doctors office and it is so poorly run. My eggs had to be frozen due to a recent cancer diagnosis. With already facing a very stressful situation at just 19 years old, Arkansas Fertility added even more and avoidable stress. If you have gotten your eggs frozen you know you need to be seen almost every two days. They would schedule my appointments without speaking to me and discussing a time which was very difficult because I driving back and forth from Little Rock to Fayetteville for school. If the time that they set for me would not work and I needed to move it up earlier in the day I could never get ahold of them and my mom would have to go to the office to talk to them for me. They never explained to me how to order my prescriptions so my process was delayed several days because once again, they would not return my multiple calls. They never filed a claim with my insurance which they a required to do. Now I am being told I have to pay an insane amount due to negligence on their part and cannot even reach them unless I go to their office. Their phone has not been working since December is what the lady at the front desk explained. No doctors office should have no working phone, ESPECIALLY a fertility clinic. The closest place to me was either Arkansas Fertility or a place in Tulsa to get this done and I wish I would have just gone to Tulsa. This place is horribly run and needs to change, if I could give it 0 stars I would.
Worst experience in healthcare I’ve ever had. They’re money driven, and they have the monopoly on services in the state of Arkansas. They know you can’t go anywhere else within decent driving distance, so they don’t worry about quality care at all. I’ve been stuck with them for over 3 years now trying to have a baby and just had a surgery 2 weeks ago. The doctor cancelled my follow-up appt day of, and I had the appt set 3 months in advance. In addition, the day of surgery, the doctor didn’t even know I was a repeat patient of his that’s currently under his care for fertility; he didn’t read any of my chart history. He just walked in and took me back to surgery and gave me advice he would give a patient he’d never seen. When I told him who I was and where we are at with 3rd IVF transfer attempt, he changed all of the instructions for what I should do post-op. I have never been so disappointed in any healthcare service as I am with this facility. Worst patient care ever.
