Prefacing this with the fact that I *rarely* leave reviews for anything. However, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bauer, so a review only feels necessary. He is such a wonderful surgeon/health care professional! Very educated and thoughtful, and pays close attention to your desires as a patient. From consultation to surgery day and follow up appointments, the entire process has been extremely comfortable, professional, and overall impressive. I couldn't be happier with my results or the experience as a whole. He and his staff are absolutely amazing, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking!!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Bauer and his staff. He’s the sweetest I’ve been to him twice and each time it’s been nothing but the best experience! His Nurse Amber is awesome , I honestly don’t think I’d ever pick another surgeon literally 5 stars love them.

Dr. Bauer is AMAZING!! I would use him for any cosmetic needs! Such a professional staff and an easy experience. I would recommend him to all my friends and family! If you want things done right, don’t hesitate on seeing him!! I wish I could give 10 stars!!

100% recommend! Amazing...from the consultation to post surgery! Dr. Baur and staff were very professional and polite. I was nervous about surgery and had lots of questions. They made me feel at ease, answered all my questions, and didn't rush me at all. I am very satisfied with my results.

Dr. Bauer and staff were very professional and friendly. I was extremely happy with the results of my breast reduction. I love that when I had any concerns following my surgery, I was able to speak with his nurse immediately when I called. I was never directed to leave a message.

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Bauer and the staff at Arkansas plastic surgery. Ever since I was in my 20s, I have had large breasts and I’ve always wanted to have a reduction. Finally, at 55, after years of neck and upper back pain and deep grooves in my shoulders from bra straps, I received a referral for a surgical consult. Dr. Bauer was very upfront about what to expect. He was concerned that he would not be able to get me to my desired size and still take off enough tissue to get insurance approval. I told him I did not care, I would pay for it. My surgery was rescheduled twice due to Covid . The day of surgery, the staff at the surgical pavilion was wonderful. Dr. Bauer came in to draw all over me for the surgery, again we discussed that he may not be able to get me to my desired size and still need insurance requirements for tissue. When I woke up, my husband told me that they were not able to get off enough tissue to meet the insurance requirements but I did not care. I am so happy with how my breasts have turned out. I am only four weeks postop but I have healed beautifully , my scars are still a little red but will continue to lighten over time. I had zero complications. I only required two pain pills, one the night of surgery and the one the following night. Everything else was manageable by Tylenol. I feel so much better as an individual and a woman. My clothes fit better, I don’t feel like men are talking to my breasts. I do not ever recall a time when I had perky breasts and now I do! I honestly could not be happier. I am now planning my next surgery which will hopefully be an abdominoplasty sometime in the next two years. I highly recommend Dr. Bauer and the staff at the office as they were beyond wonderful.

I came to Dr Bauer to have a breast reduction. The first time I came in they answered all my questions and he immediately got to the point. They handled everything with insurance and they kept me well informed the whole time. I had surgery a couple weeks later and today came in for a follow up 6 days PO. The nurse who took my stitches out was so professional and friendly and did it with such ease! I'll highly recommend Dr Bauer and his team!

Dr. Bauer and staff are very friendly. Always took the time to listen, answer questions & explain all details of my “mommy makeover”!! The results in my opinion are amazing! Dr. Bauer did an awesome job!! Can’t recommend him enough!!

I was in need of a breast reduction. The staff was wonderful from the moment I met them until this present day. They walked me through everything thoroughly without rushing any details or brushing me off as if I didn't matter. It was not one of those feelings where money was put before patient! They allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted and they were all answered by Dr. D. Bauer. The only thing that I would suggest is that you take any and all paperwork that you may need filled out that's job related with you and ask about any paperwork fees. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office!

Just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest appreciation for the physician and staff at Arkansas Plastic Surgery. Dr Bauer did an amazing job on my surgery and the staff were always welcoming and efficient. Everything was explained in detail and getting in and out of the office was handled with all precautions for COVID-19. Even at the Surgery Center, I felt confident and well taken care of. I give this organization 5 stars and would not hesitate to go there again!
