Armando's Mexican Restaurant

First off, they got my order ALL wrong. Having lived IN Mexico for 10 yes, I KNOW authenticity. There's NONE! The staff isn't even Latino. This place is more like a Mexican food chain....like Taco Bell. Go to LUPITA'S!!!

My husband got a carry out order of 6 enchiladas, got home he says they taste burnt and the cheese taste funny. I called back to the restaurant and asked to hold. I held for 8:46 noone answered again. I called on my cell and the phone was answered immediately. I asked how she could answer the phone but yet have me on hold. She said a man was on hold and she came back to say he would need to hold on. MY phone was on speaker next to me on the table and trust me there is nothing manly about me or my voice. She then said her manager was very busy and said there was nothing he could do about the food. Well since he could not be bothered to answer the phone and could do nothing about the food I've decided to leave a review. My husband has been eating at this restaurant for 25+ years and I am truly disappointed and angry. Now my husband has retired it's a long drive for us but he takes it because he LOVED the food. I guess this is our LAST trip! We will find somewhere else to eat enchiladas. You have loss two customers. This is absolutely ludicrous.

I love their food. I even pick this place for my birthday. Delicious & never had a bad dish here... I only get the enchiladas and they always get me going! 😍

Out of the many times we have gone there, more times than not will we experience something negative. For example, a waitress added gratuity to parties of 2-3 people. She also wasn't to be seen many times only to deliver food, not drinks. It caused me to raise my hand in the middle of the restaurant like a school kid to get her attention to get a fly out of my drink and to get a new one. It has since become a joke among my friends and a staple to raise my hand at restaurants when I need something thanks to this waitress. We have been waited on by this same waitress many times before, and it's horrible. Otherwise, the food is great!

What a great place to eat! Authentic Mexican food at reasonable prices. Four of us had dinner and desserts for under $65!
