This dental office is the best!. The staff is amazing. I really feel welcomed when I come here. Mr.Armstrong is the best dentist I ever had. Today I had my implants put in and I was at ease. I didn’t feel anything. Before I knew it, the surgery was done. The dentists I had in the past never had any bedside manner but he does! I believe he really loves what he does because it shows.

I initially was pleased with my service until I came in for my root canal/filling/crown. After being called in and being given the numbing gel the Dentist Chub informs me that because I take HB medication my PCP would need to clear me before the procedure and since he heard me say l had recent gallbladder surgery he would need clearance. He went on to state that l did not document I had gallbladder surgery on the health assessment l completed several weeks ago. My issue is I did document my medication and if clearance was needed why didn’t they contact my PCP the contact information for my PCP was documented on the health assessment I initially completed and obtain clearance before having me sit in the dentist chair with numbing gel in my mouth. My other issues is them implying that l intentionally didn’t tell them about having my gallbladder removed. The health assessment does not ask “have you had any recent medical procedures” it asks “is there anything we may need to know about for medical status”. Maybe l should have known to mention it but l did not think my gallbladder surgery would have any connection to a root canal. The tone and manner in which this was handled was offensive and rather than the office assistant just processing my refund like l requested he kept attempting to explain why they are not at fault which just reinforces their implication that l was at fault. It’s interesting that they need my payment before I can be seated in the dentist chair but they do not need the medical clearance they are requesting before I not only sit in the dentist chair but before they give me the numbing gel. Dental patient can already be anxious when having dental work, to be managed in this manner just added to my anxiety. None of the staff are trained in deescalation and accept for the f email dental assistant Dr Chub and Omar need better training

I love my dentist Dr. Armstrong and the staff. I always fell well taken care of and I also feel he has my health and safety in mind every time I’m treated by him.

Highly recommend Armstrong Dental Studio. I went to the location in Jersey City and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. I have found my new dental location and very pleased.

Love love love . The dentist is wonderful but I love Tia she is a GEM!!!! The way she cleaned my teeth was so gentle and with love. Omar front desk he is wonderful . Everyone is GREAT!!!!

Doctor Armstrong’s office is the best dental care service I had ever used in NYC. From the front desk to the end of the appointment I felt like a vip patient. Friendly and professional staff.

I had a list of dentists I was contacting but after speaking with the office manager Jill and assistant manager Omar at Dr. Armstrong’s office, I knew I hit the jackpot! I love this office! The office staff are all professional, friendly and they made me feel comfortable. I trust them. I had several procedures done in two visits and I’m moving forward with the dental plan Dr. Armstrong recommends. I will refer everyone to Dr. Armstrong and his office! I’m grateful!

I've been seeing them for a little over a year and even referred my partner to them as well. Since I began receiving their services, my dental health has improved tremendously. My visits are never rushed and they ensure I am comfortable at all times. They take the time to teach and talk to me about my oral health, which I love. They always make sure I am set up for my next appointment and they send appointment reminders via email and text which I appreciate so much. The office is nice, cozy and chic and so clean! Customer service and patient care is always on point here! Got so carried away chatting with the front desk, forgot to schedule my next appointment. LOL. This place definitely makes you look forward to going back to the dentist. Kayla is an excellent hygienist and I highly recommend getting a cleaning done here. You won't regret it. Dr. Armstrong and his office represent the best dental care I have ever received. Asst. Manager Omar is efficient and knowledgeable - he also seems to know every patient by sight. The office is clean and modern, and the care is top notch. I highly recommend Armstrong Dental Studio. I will be a lifetime patient.
