Lived in my complex 7 years. When I first moved in I fought for almost a month to have my cat urine/feces soaked carpets changed after being told I had to clean and dispose of garbage and items left from the previous tenant. Nothing but problems, illegal activity and they hire the cheapest companies to do their maintenance who at best do their jobs completely half assed then attempt to blame and charge the tenant when problems from lack of proper maintenance arise. Worst management company ever.

Never had any issues with this company. We have lived here for almost 4 yrs now and love it. The building is kept very clean, thanks to the superintendent, Kathy. She made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had along the way. Always working hard!! If you are looking for a place to live near downtown, this is it!!

My girlfriend and I moved into a 2 bedroom apartment early January and we have absolutely loved it. Downtown living is super easy thanks to these guys, they're always very quick to respond to any questions we might have. Kudos to Kathy our building superintendent, she's been great as well! -Resident of 390 Burwell Street, London Ont

I saw your company was advertising for a live-in superintendant . $1635 a month !! Less than $20,000 a year !! Pay for your unit that you would live in and Hydro !! I guess on the average $800 a month for the unit plus anywhere from $100 to $150 a month for hydro !! Let's err on the lighter side at $100 a month for hydro !! Leaves $735 a month !! Pay your phone , Television etc . !! I'm going to guess $200 ( including incidentals ) !! Down to $535 a month !! Be on call 24/7 and deal with multiple problems because your buildings are old !! Are you kidding me ?? Or Am I being punked ?? What a joke !!

Frustrating to deal with. Not helpful. Lacking communication skills and common sense. Beyond aggravating. Undermining. Doesn't take client matters seriously or take appropriate measures. If I could give negative stars, I would.
