I offer one on one training in a private setting so there is no need to worry about an overcrowded gym. Small group classes are also offered with discounted group rates available. My style of training includes several different areas of exercise including interval training, strength training in many forms (bands, balls, free and machine weights and bodyweight exercises), boxing (lots of punching and lots of fun), basic yoga, and track-style running workouts.
