Arrow Exterminators

They were great until Read Woodstock was my new pest guy. He felt that it was okay to not schedule with me and then proceed to come on to my property, without approval or appointment, and then bill me for a service not authorized by me…. Which he didn’t fully do. I’ll take my services elsewhere. Arrow used to be great but lately it’s a no for me!

Arrow is EXCELLENT about giving me timely notification of visits. Besides the extermination services, Arrow also provided some excellent home repairmen to fix a major leak at the front of my home, and even suggested a financing option we have taken advantage of. The most recent service I've contracted for is the termite prevention system. Homeowners have to do a lot to keep their houses in shape, and I trust Arrow to take care of much of that for me.Services: Rodent extermination

Arrow has been great so far! David is Amazing, he goes above and beyond!! We had a yellow jacket nest in our back yard. David not only treated the yellow jackets for us, but he came back and double checked the next day. He also re-assured my husband and I that they didn’t relocate anywhere else in our yard. He picked up the weed eater that was abandoned next to the nest, and checked the entire back yard while weed eating it for us! We were amazed by his customer service! Thank you!!

We like using Arrow very friendly people to talk to. I was able to get my mom set up with them over the phone. I use them in Temple as well
