Just finished a 10 day tour thru 4 states with Arrow driver Orlando. He was a very professional and proficient driver. I felt safe while traveling approximately 2200 miles through the mountains with Orlando at the helm! Highly recommended.
My husband and I recently used Arrow State Lines for our wedding day in Evergreen, CO. We had planned 3 pick-ups and 2 departure times for our guests from 1 hotel to the venue and back to keep it easy. The bus only came 1 time to the hotel before the wedding to grab guests, which was not the designated time. Most guests missed the shuttle entirely and had to pay for ubers and hitch rides with each other. The pickup time for the wedding party was completely disregarded, all had to drive. Many guests were not on time for the wedding ceremony because of this and my husband was panicked trying to get in touch with the shuttle service right before the ceremony. This was not a fun surprise on our wedding day as we're meant to start the ceremony that the shuttle service is the one messing things up & not getting our guests to the venue as PREplanned and PREdiscussed. Many of the guests had to drive themselves and guests were panicked trying to hitch rides with wedding guests they didn't know just to get there in time. At the end of the night, the shuttle came at the wrong time again. Many of the guests left early for fear the shuttle just wouldn't come back & they'd be left... again. Those that did catch the second shuttle had to wait outside of the wedding venue for 30 minutes in the cold. Pretty sure only about 20 people out of 150 planned guests got to use the shuttle. This was not a cheap purchase and we are extremely disappointed in the service we received/lack of any service here. Hoping the business will refund us some of the money for the lack of service we got.
Worst ride of my life! Just ride from Sterling to Denver. Driver was hostile, rude, disrespectful, vile! I will NEVER pay another penny to Arrow for their horrible service.
Great company, great culture, great people and great place to work. 5 stars all around.
HORRIBLE DRIVERS!!!!! BUS 1652 JUST RAN ME AND MY HUSBAND OFF THE ROAD CROSSING A SOLID WHITE LINE TO CUT OFF TRAFFIC THAT HAD BEEN WAITING TO TURN AT A LIGHT. I tried to call and speak with someone, their phone system doesn't work and you can't leave a message, clearly they dont care about your safety.
The driver of 5521 from Frisco to Denver airport on 2/29/20 is the reason for this 1 star review. If I could give it a 0 star rating I would. There was no instruction when we arrived at the airport and when we stopped at a terminal not realizing the 2 terminals were connected we did not deboard immediately thinking we would travel on to the other terminal. When the driver reentered the bus and I began to ask if we needed to exit the bus at this location he raised his voice at us telling us to get off the bus now. The driver was extremely rude when we asked how to to get the other terminal from that area. The driver told my husband to shut up and continued to raise his voice at us to get off the bus. We had 5 children with us who witnessed this behavior and it is very concerning that someone with this type of temperament is driving a bus full of people through the mountains. I would name the driver by name but her refused to give us his name. I have called the company and waiting on a supervisor to return my call. If I am satisfied with the outcome I will happily update my post on the matter. As for future trips in the Denver area, my family of 13 will not be using Arrow.
Kudos to the bus driver we followed down I-25 during rush hour today. We were pulling a trailer, and Arrow’s bus drove smoothly and predictably and made it easy for us to follow. Thanks for the safety!
Safe, clean and friendly. They take their service seriously while remaining friendly and down to earth.
The guy who picks people up @ The Denver Rescue Mission & takes them to Holly is rude & unsymathetic. My bag has no zipper & if i had put it under the bus my belongings would have fallen out & i told him this. Where is the customer service @ or doesn't that apply when your homeless.
Great company to work for. I've been working for 6 1/2 years. I enjoy every minute of it. If you need charter service, call Arrow.
