Use this business! These guys were extremely professional, timely, detailed, and have good prices. When we needed a tow in the middle of the night they responded within 30 minutes. The dispatch was efficient and communication on eta was great. The driver called me as well to verify location and let me know he was running a few minutes behind he was still there within 30 minutes. He made sure we had all the things we needed out of our car and made sure we had got all the keys we needed off the car keys. Extremely polite and professional. Car wouldn't start at home, during a time where everyone's cars were dying or getting wrecked. We had been calling/emailing tows or mechanics for a week, only one got back to us but without looking at the car, quoted minimum $500-$700 plus $90/hr labor. But finally Arrow towing had an opening and Ernesto came out. He looked at my car and did a quick preliminary troubleshooting. He said it was easy fix and just needed 2 parts and I can easily change these parts myself! He jumped the car with enough juice to get to the part store. Was still charged for him to come out and jump it, but that's understandable and significantly cheaper than the alternative. Ernesto was so nice, down to earth, and a god-send to a really rough week for me. Thank you!Services: Battery

The best towing company in Omaha for sure! I was stranded in blizzard like conditions with a flat tire. In a panic because my insurance company said there’s a towing ban and that it would take over two hours to get to me. I called Arrow Towing and spoke with a kind and understanding dispatch personnel she understood mediately that I was directionally challenged at that point she connected me with Anthony he was able to find me within 10 minutes . Anthony is an Outstanding and professional worker! He ensured my dramatic Texan snow fearing behind that I wasn’t going to freeze to death and he could change my tire! BTW I called six other towing companies two answered but mumbled and hung up no call backs!Service: Tire change

They came and grabbed my brother's car after he was in an accident. They were extremely helpful with getting us to the car in their lot. He was able to get out all of his belongings with no issues. Very easy to work with.

Expected them with a flat bed in an hour, got there in 20 minutes in the middle of the night. Best tow service I have ever had!!

We drove my bfs 1972 VW Bus from Des Moines IA to Omaha for a festival and unfortunately ended up needing a flatbed tow. It was nighttime, we were in an unfamiliar city, and had called dozens and dozens of tow companies only to be turned down, forwarded to vm, given the run around, or quoted outrageous pricing because some were unfamiliar w the make and model. Arrow Towing went above and beyond!! The dispatcher was so kind! Just her voice and understanding instantly de-escalated the frustration! Then not one but two tow trucks showed up within 20 mins! Chris was so helpful. Both tow truck drivers lightened the mood with great humor and good attitudes! We are beyond grateful for the amazing the service! Horrible customer service. Was told it would be 2 or 3 hrs for a tow.called several times and was told I was still in line for a tow.after 8 hrs still mo tow, when tow operator called, he was very rude. Was supposed to call me back and never did.then he was sent elsewhere. So I went with someone else sat morning who had me taken care of I. Less than 2 hours. I was in Omaha for a graduate school interview. I made the drive from Oklahoma and was supposed to be leaving Saturday morning. On Friday night I got in my truck to go to dinner when it wouldn't start. I called Arrow Towing at 9:00 pm and the women who answered were so nice and helpful. 20 minutes later I got a call that Justin had arrived at the hotel I was staying at. He helped me jump the truck after a few attempts and explained what he thought was going on. He gave me some advice and made me feel better about making the trip back to Oklahoma. I'm pretty sure he could tell how stressed I was and handled the situation perfectly. He was calm, answered all my questions, and was super helpful!
