Arrowhead Building Supply - St. Peters MO

The roofing guys who came out were messy and slow. It took them 3 days to do a 1 day job. They had food and drink trash and ciggarette butts all over my yard not to mention their truck leaked oil and transmission fluid in my driveway. Plus they had me blocked in my garage for 3 days and wouldn't move the dumpster so I could get my car out. And the job is finished now finally but the dumpster is still in my driveway blocking my car in.I will hire some illegals to do my roof next time. Rob Scheck's company is who this was intended for, not Arrowhead building supplies .

We will NEVER ORDER ORDER FROM HERE again!! Never thought I would have such a horrible experience! We are a contracting company that remodels homes, constructs new homes and general contracts projects for clients. They delivered windows to us almost a year ago, one of which had a crack in it. We reported it immediately and sent a picture. Still to this day they are giving us the run around. At this point, we just wanted them to front the $100 to replace the glass. Not only would the employees not help (literally never calling back or following through on getting this window fixed), but the MANAGER appeared like he could care less. At this point, we were UNABLE TO PASS INSPECTIONS for selling the home BECAUSE OF THEIR BROKEN WINDOW and they still refuse to help. WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN FROM HERE!!! I called dozens of times with NO HELP. Beware that if your order goes wrong, you will not be a priority!

This company is worthless liars that when a accident is there fault they won't confess that its there fault its not like I have a lot of money or even another car they totaled out my Nissan maxima which was not even worth $2000.00 but it got us from a to b now we don't even have that its not like our car was worth $50000.00 I mean come on lets rip off some people that can't afford it now thanks to this company my kids will not be having a Christmas thanks Arrowhead

A few years ago I selected a roofing type to replace one due to extensive damage from bad weather. The gentleman was helpful and recommended a contractor who did a great job.
