One star only because the office staff is nice. Maintenance is by far the laziest group of people I’ve ever came in contact with! -when I moved in the refrigerator in the apartment was leaking I was told one was going to be ordered... months go by we still have to sit a bowl inside the fridge to catch all the water.. months go by still no fridge so now I’m upset and after months of waiting we finally received a DIRTY FRIDGE. -it’s things in here that since the first day I did a check list with them that’s still hasn’t been fixed my bathtub, my laundry door been waiting on a new one, and every door way stuck so they came out and sanded it at least started it because they never came back. - my kitchen light was out for over a week. Once they finally came to fix it it took three more days just to get it fixed because they had to “keep coming back” - They’re constantly coming into my apartment while I’m not home doing work order that “I put in” but in reality I never did. So they was fixing stuff that didn’t need to be fix but not the things I constantly complained about! - My stove was “fixed” for some reason that I still can’t quite figure out yet but the very next day I tried to use it the stove caught in fire which it NEVER did before. Neighbor etiquette- My upstairs neighbors AND her kids stomp through the house from 6am - to whenever they decide to sleep. -I’ve made multiple complaints to the office -I’ve made multiple complaints to the police -the last time I made a complaint they literally went through every single room and stomped and we could hear them laughing about it as if it’s amusing! - they constantly scare my now 1 yr old out his sleep - EVERY TIME I have guest over o literally have to warn them about the noise and always apologize because it’s embarrassing - I have a video where you can hear them stomping so hard that you can see my ceiling fan like flicker - NOTHING is being done about it!

The staff here friendly and efficient. They work hard to get u approved for apartment. The process is almost effortless. Great pools here too. They have 2 large pools. They keep up with landscaping. They have a great clubhouse. They have a fully equipped work out center. Theres also a function hall residents can use. U can also get a referral bonus for getting a friend a apartment . They have 1 ,2,3 bedroom units. Prices starting at 1000.. some units have carpet . Others hard wood. The people who live here are diverse. It's a well rounded community. It's conviently located near tons of shopping . It's also easily exesible to all the major hwys. Route 485,route 77 and hwy 85. Unfortunately they don't allow pets. They need to get more parking. It's hard sometimes to get a spot. Other then that. It's all positive. Great place to rent if u ask me.

Applying for Arrow wood Crossing Apartments had me excited because the apartments were decent. But the process however was horrible. The office lady advised us it would only take 48 hrs at the latest early Friday the 3rd day which made us apply quicker because we needing to move asap. Well 48 hrs turned into nearly 8 days and within the first 3 days we didn't have no response once or ever from them therefore we tried contacting them still no luck. So finally she called of course I was working then left a voicemail saying she was waiting on our current residence which I understood it was no longer there fault for then time it took to verify that my bf was living there to tell us "the GOOD news" not once did she mention it was a document full of there experience with him living there which was hard because living there he was making payments late because he had lost his job and ALMOST got evicted but didnt he still managed that would determine his approval for there apartments. So 5 days later I was out of town visiting my mom she call and say the application was denied because of his rental history, First of all as I said previously we were looking to move ASAP so waiting 8 days for something that was suppose to take 2 days 3 at its latest said the nice little sneaky office lady just to be denied kind of pissed us off. My bf called in after that today to be exact 09/29/15 requesting to speak with corporate all she had to say was im the manager her, we didn't care we didn't ask for the manager there he asked for owner and finally after several attempts she gave us a number that went no where but voice mail. ARROW WOOD CROSSING IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS EVER THEY TELL YOU ONE THING THAN TURN AROUND AND DO ANOTHER AND ITS JUST NOT FAIR TO THE CUSTOMER. ME AND MY BF WAS JUST IN A TERRIBLE CAR ACCIDENT AND THE CAR WAS TOTALED WISH I COULD UPLOAD THE IMAGE, and people might ask what does that have to do with it well, our current residence is in Rock Hill, SC neither of us are from here so he really dont have transportation to work had we have moved into that apartment which was walking distance from his job we would have been fine. Anyways point is we wasn't calling to beg and plead for the apartment after our experience we really didn't care for it just wish the people could show some sympathy he even told her that on the phone she's steady repeating herself your not getting the apartment i'm not changing my mind, when all we wanted was a little sympathy especially since they waist our time. I'm happy we didn't live there especially since the day of apply the one who helped us went to do an inspection and was talking very badly about her on residence, I know somewhere on the app there is a privacy policy I wish I new who those people were so that I could tell them. ps GF Quilla

All the people are nice
