I went to Art Aspects to have a frame repaired and new glass installed. The staff was wonderful. They did an excellent job at a fair price. They knew the piece was very special to me and were able to complete the work within the timeframe I needed. Thank you so much.

Mark and team are amazing. We've been going to Mark for years and there is always a heightened level of customer service we experience. For different rooms in our house we've had visual aesthetic designs in mind and at Art Aspects they have done an amazing job framing pieces true collector art, old style movie posters, modern art, auto racing posters to match the aesthetic we wanted to maintain. Love them and they've always been upfront on costs and even time lines.

Some days I love Art Aspects. And some days Mark and his staff are just a little to arrogant for me to go back anymore. I manage my clients closely, especially when they are under tight deadlines. As I hope that my Christmas gift will be finished by the end of the day which is when AA closes for the holiday and that I can get someone to go all the way out there to pick it up, I think through the phone calls I have had to make to find out if my gift would be ready in time. Wouldn't it be nice if Mark and his staff managed their customers rather than the other way around?

The staff was rude, curt and unpleasant. Low quality customer service. Almost like he didn’t want to work. So many other great custom framing places in Charlotte with professional, courteous staff. Recommend go there, NOT here.

I had a picture. This picture, was very special to me. It was such a beautiful picture. A picture of my nephew Geppe and I overlooking the ocean in New Jersey. Such great memories. I am not able to have kids because of my busy lifestyle as wall street stock trader in the city of New York City, New York. We meet in New Jersey since Geppe and his family live in the state of North Carolina. Every year we go on a vacation in the state of New Jersey at the beach with Geppe and his family. It's awesome because we don't just go to the beach we also play some mini golf too. We also eat ice cream sometimes there. It was a picture of me and Geppe and his dad Billium eating ice creams cones while overlooking the beach. I call the photo Just The Boys. I was actually in the area of North Carolina on official wall street business and picked the photo up from my brother Billum's house to get this framed The photo looks awesome in a frame that Max did for me. He was so kind to me I could feel his warmth and caring about my special Just The Boys photograph. Max told me he knows how special male bonding can be and that he too has a similar photo. His own version of a Just The Boys photo. Max walked me through the prices and the styles of frame. It was worth every penny that I spent at Art Asspects because my Just The Boys photograph looks awesome in its new frame!! I told him we love sports in our family so Max framed the border of the photo with a football field like pattern that had soccer balls and footballs scattered and spaced throughout. On the top of the frame, it says JUST THE BOYS in a blue varsity font with a yellow outline on the letters. It is like Max reached into my soul and came out knowing exactly what I want my family to remembered by. Being Just The Boys, the beach, ice cream, and sports. If Art Aspects can, please hire 20 more people like Max. Just The Boys now hangs beautifully in my front vestibule of my Manhattan Aprartment. Its really awesome seeing my friends jaws drop when they see this awesome framed photo called Just The Boys. I really miss my nephew Geppe and my brother Billum They are alive. Just no vacation at the beach in the state of New Jersey this year. Damn covid! Please keep Max here for a long time!

What a lovely shop! The craftsmanship and details of the finished product are exceptional. The service is highly professional. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended!

After 8 weeks of patiently waiting for a picture and frame restoration I decided to pick up my property and go somewhere else. Lack of clear communication and lack of timely response can ruin a reputation easily. "0" stars!

My wife and I have worked with Mark and his terrific staff for several years. They are knowledgeable, patient and very fairly priced.
