About

Strength & Conditioning gym specializing in kettlebells and strongman training.

Story

In the spring of 2007, Dan Cenidoza, a certified kettlebell instructor, started teaching a few friends kettlebells in the park. The group grew and Dan eventually opened Baltimore’s first (and only) kettlebell gym. The name has changed and the people vary, but what remains the same is that the kettlebell is still the single most effective tool to build muscle and burn fat. And, we still meet weekly (click here for the class schedule – https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/home?studioid=191084)

Our group consists of men and women of all ages and backgrounds. At anytime you could have grandmothers working alongside martial artists. Some had experience with weight training, some had never lifted a weight a day in their life, and nearly all had never used kettlebells before. We welcome rank beginners as well as the advanced. The “club” is more of a community; it’s a supportive environment with camaraderie in our common goal of becoming better versions of ourselves.
