I love this practice! Everyone here is friendly and the customer service is second to none. The office is nice and modern but also has a cozy feel to it like it’s your own personal space when you’re there. I will be going here for as long as they will have me!!! Christine is amazing, she does a great job on my teeth. I have never been to the dentist for a cleaning and not felt discomfort until I came here. You won’t be disappointed!!

Always a wonderful professional experience. The front desk knows you by name when they see you come, always a very warm and family friendly experience. I actually look forward to going to the dentist each time. And by the way they have some really great writing pens ! :-

I appreciate being seen the same morning I called for an appointment. I would have liked to have had more time to discuss options. When we were through I told the assistant I needed to use the restroom. When I came out I was told by the front desk to have a seat in the waiting room. I did not know that the assistant had put my paperwork at the front desk. I finally walked back to the exam rooms and a different assistant approached me and found the paperwork at the front desk. I told her I did not want the bridge that was proposed. She said she would discuss this with the doctor.

Very Disappointed in the service and care at Dr Jenkins practice since he has retired. The cleaning was done in record time. No scrapping stubborn plaque polishing of teeth marginal at best Did not floss my teeth after polishing When checking out the amount charged was more then what was quoted. Explanation was that they had to do a "deep" clean. So they pretty much did a bait and switch they allegedly did a deep clean without informing of the extra cost Sad to see that the customer service has deteriorated so badly

I had a absolutely pleasurable Dentist appointment today at General & Implant Dentistry of Tidewater. The time , focus and attention I received was beyond the normal visit. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Keep up the great work!

I had my first appointment today and the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they were so understanding! I highly recommend this practice. Also, I am a Veteran and I appreciate this practice for partnering with the VA to provide excellent care to Veterans.

Finally found a Dentist office with professionalism and kindness! Christine is the nicest hygienist I've ever came across and Dr. Jenkins is kind and professional. Keep up the good work! Thank You!

Dr Capps is amazing!!! Roxy is amazing and Christine is amazing!! Been a patient with the company for 2 years since then I’ve had 2 dental emergencies one in which being my first visit to meet the company as an on boarding patient! Had another dental emergencies more recently and was seen within 72 business hours! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and I appreciate the hygienist educating me every step of the way and ensuring my comfort and safety!

I’ve always dreaded the dentist until I started coming here. Now, my visits are so easy going. Everyone is so nice, and have never been judgmental! Love coming here.
