Arthur's Prime Steakhouse

Love this place, it is my favorite steakhouse thus far! They always have great customer service & food! The brunches are always beautiful & delicious. The owner is very kind & helpful to his staff. I recommend to everyone for any occasion or just to eat some delicious steak on date night.

I have patronized this restaurant on numerous occasions but my recent visit on Mother’s Day was awful! My family and I went to the Mother’s Day Brunch to celebrate the day; but what was meant to be a joyous occasion was ruined by the rude & unprofessional behavior of the owner, Jerry. He came over to our table & told us that we needed to hurry up & leave because he had people waiting for over an hour to be seated. I have never been so insulted & humiliated in my life! He went back and forth with my aunt regarding “us hurrying up & leaving”We didn’t see him approach ANY other families and tell them to hurry & leave, just the only family of color that was in that dining room at the time, which was my family. I will NEVER return to this restaurant AGAIN! He was unapologetic & didn’t care that he was rude & obnoxious! I will tell everyone I know NOT to patronize this restaurant ever!

Very over-crowded. We had been looking forward to Arthur's for over a year and had saved this experience for a special occasion. Made a reservation for a Saturday night, but when my husband and I arrived we were informed that a mistake had been made and there were not enough tables. We were seated in a crowded, tiny back room where we could not hear the piano. We were squeezed into a two-person table that was turned sideways, so our knees were bumping into the other person's and the backs of our chairs were touching those of the chairs behind us. Service and food were great, but the overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a disappointing, over-crowded atmosphere.

Very good food and service. The salmon and the fillet dinners we had were perfect. Their desserts are spectacular. The prices are what they should be given the quality of the product.

Brunch was good. The service was even better. Thanks to the guy who greeted us at the door and the woman who waited on us after our original waiter disappeared on us lol. No harm, no foul. Service only got better from there and as always, we will be back.
