Artist & Craftsman Supply Philadelphia

I love this store! I'm an oil painter and need stretcher bars, paint, etc. Artist and Craftsmen has a fantastic range of supplies at reasonable prices and super friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I’m not really an “artist”, but they’ve never made me feel unwelcome. Always very helpful, and willing to admit when they don’t know, rather than sell you something you don’t need. Most recently I needed advice on painting my pickguard. Despite being very busy someone found me ambling the aisles and helped me figure out what I needed and where to find it. He even found the little bottles of paint to save me some money. Very cool. It turned out great imo.

An employee owned artist supply store. The staff here are incredibly helpful and they will even let you sell some of your artwork here. They are always having some type of sale. Love this place.

Great selection of a wide range of products inside with a group of engaged staff always willing to answer questions. It's really helpful to physically hold and see art products as opposed to just ordering stuff online and I highly recommend doing so at a place like Artist & Craftsman Supply.

Knowledgeable staff, good deals, good quality supplies. However, check your receipt as they made a mistake. But, fixed it over the phone.
