Although the store is tucked away in a residential section of Squirrel Hill, it manages to stock a lot of items.
There is a wide variety of paints for watercolor, airbrushing, screen printing, and normal acrylic and enamel. They also carry sculpting supplies, a few airbrush supplies, canvases, brushes, pens, and art pencils.
A large section of arts and crafts for kids rounds out the store.
There's a lot of stuff in here and it's very easy to miss what you may be looking for. Ask the staff to be sure; they're very helpful.

Not only does this art store have everything a professional artist needs to work in any medium, like dry sketching, paints, clay, carving, printmaking, canvas stretching, acrylic molding, calligraphy, fiber arts, and dyeing, to name a few, it also has a unique selection of gift items and toys. They have youth art supplies, coloring books, and even silly socks! When picking up gifts for kids' birthday parties, I would much rather shop here than a big box store. I like that you can view much of their stock online, and when I visit in person I've always gotten expert advice and assistance from the staff.

Friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Best selection of paints I've seen in a long time. Great prices as well.

Quality art supplies. Good selection of brush pens. Steep entrance ramp but wheelchair accessible. Parking lot is on a slope with no designated accessible parking. Sometimes street parking is easier. Still worth the effort. Great store.
