Jim Bria sold me a damaged monument and refuses to repair it. He placed the monument in woodland cemetery on Sunday I viewed it on Monday and discovered that there was a chip ion the side. When I brought it to his attention he refused to fix the problem and was very rude and unprofessional.

I can not say enough about the customer service I received from the first phone call to making the final payment. The engraving that I requested is artistry at its best and the cost was very competitive. I am a very happy customer, Thank you Artista Studios!
