Great variety and very knowledgeable staff and the prices beat every other place I have been to this week.

No stars for this company. I paid $300 for a 2 hour home consultation, which I was told would result in a backyard living space design. There was no real design input. I was provided with a hand drawn sketch of my existing patio and deck with a few features added that I told the Consultant, Eva Schmitz, I didn't want. These unwanted features were included in the quote that I received 2 weeks after the visit. The quote itself, I can only assume, was based on refreshing my current patio and deck, even though I had been clear during our meeting that I wanted a better design for the space. Isn't this the purpose of meeting with a "designer"?? Clearly, I was not listened to. I also think it's inaccurate to quote a project based on already existing structure (patio, deck) to "establish a budget" when the actual cost of what could replace it could be much greater. I did not expect a full blown architectural plan, but based on their reputation, and having to pay $300, I did expect relevant design advice. No refund, either, for the non-design! Due to the poor quality of design (lack thereof) and attitude when I queried this, I will not be giving further business to this company.

I've recently purchased different landscaping supplies & cedar shrubs. The staff were great and helped me no the proper methods of care needed in the spring & fall for the cedars. Lots of variety of different plants and interlock products as well. Recommend them highly.

Outstanding service! Chance meeting with Eva, the President and Senior Designer, and she took time to help this newbie out with a thorough consult and scaled drawings. I have a blueprint to work from now which is excellent. Ask for Mr Ross in the garden centre - he is your go-to guy. So helpful, and very friendly. Can't recommend this place enough.

Beautiful selection and nice staff but horrible guarantees on their plants. After an extensive landscape project I bought all new trees for my yard and a very expensive Magnolia has already died. Called them at first sign of stress and they said they don't guarantee their stuff. Now I have a dead $300 tree that isn't even a year old. Tried insecticide but it's too far gone. Won't ever make a big purchase their again.
