Truly the worst place on earth. I ordered the Teleflora joy forever flowers from them on doordash as a birthday gift. Not only did they send me a completely different bouquet but the flowers were old, dirty, and wilted. Definitely not worth more than 2 pennies but unfortunately, i spent $100. Really wish i read reviews before purchasing as everyone seems to agree that they are a scam and/or a horrible experience. After complaining, they said they would give me a refund of $80 but never did and when i called back the next day, the owner said that I cant prove I bought flowers from them because there's more than one flower store with this name and hung up on me. Doordash has their address and their phone number is obviously online. Lol. Not the brightest bulb. This place is a scam and the people that work there are the scum of the earth. Spend your money on a place that will not scam, steal from you and speak to you in a disgusting way. Cheers.

I had such a terrible experience with Artistry In Flowers. I would not recommend this company to a friend. I called for an arrangement Tuesday, late morning and it was never delivered, which was very upsetting. No one called me to let me know it was not getting delivered. I had to call when my boyfriend told me he never received any flowers and then got excuse after excuse from the florist as to why it was never delivered. Someone called me back the next day to let me know they would be delivering the flowers that day. When I got a photo of what was delivered I was shocked. I asked for tulips thinking they would make something nice. They only included 5 tulips in the arrangement! I spent $65.00 and got a terrible outcome. I called to ask for a refund, but they said they would not refund me since the flowers were signed for and delivered a day late. I would never use this florist ever again.

Artistry In Flowers - Roses & Orchids, Fruit Baskets. amazing! This flower shop is amazing, splendid floral and fruit basket design & reasonable prices. I would absolutely recommend them because they are hard workers.They are very friendly to the customers,and they give the best deals!! They are absolutely the best florist in brooklyn

These people called and harassed the recipient of the flowers several times over two days to confirm the address, even though the address was very clearly written and they were being delivered to a doorman building. When I called in the middle of these phone calls to see what was going on, the person who answered the phone was mumbling, muttering, and completely unintelligible before he ultimately hung up on me without telling me what the plan and apparently the plan was to AGAIN call the recipient to tell her flowers were on the way -- a day late. Flower delivery should really be a lot more smooth than this.

Customer service was TERRIBLE. I ordered flowers for my friends grandmas funeral she could not attend and spent $90.00 on something I DID NOT ORDER. When trying to get my money back they said they could not do that.. I asked them to mail my friend flowers instead of giving my money back and they said i would have to pay extra for another delivery when i already spend $90.00 on TERRIBLE FLOWERS.. When stating that i wanted them delivered for free they hung up on me.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

Ordered Valentine’s Day flowers. Paid for premium and received a skimpy bouquet in a subpar vase. Feel ripped off. You try to shop local and get burned. Never again. Delivered on time but when the product is terrible, punctuality is of little consolation.

Over the years, Artistry in Flowers has provided me and my family with wonderful arrangements that have been purchased in store and through delivery. This is the level of customer service that I really appreciate and, because of this, I will keep doing business with this great local florist.

Do not order from this place. I put in an order, they had my contact information and never delivered the flowers. I called at the time they were supposed to be delivered the woman didn’t even have the flowers I asked for or any idea of my order. The worst customer service and experience. Do not order from here.

This place is a total scam. My mom paid $102 for a birthday arrangement for me that was depicted as all roses and lillies. Instead I received a bouquet of yellow daisies that I could've gotten from a deli for $12. I've spoken to 2 people on the phone about this and both have been atrocious. Absolutely never shop with this company.

Do NOT Do it to yourself, completely horrible experience. I was charged $175 for a $10 bouquet of flowers, the worst possible customer service you can imagine. I wish I was exaggerating. Complete rip offs
