I have an amazing pottery teacher! My instructor,Rebecca, is very knowledgeable and we have so much fun in class! Inspiring to say the least, this class has taught me to be patient. I never thought pottery would be so therapeutic! Oh and the ladies at the front desk are so friendly!
I LOOOOOOVE them a true spot for cultural diversity. I attended day of the dead event and had lots of fun!. Keep up the great work!
Always an interesting visit to multiple galleries in one place.
This place has a wonderful atmosphere the people are lovely
This place is wonderful, with many events going on, a big variety of classes, beautiful building and many comfortable rooms filled with creativity : . I attend their drawing and painting adult class tough by Charles Viera. They are doing a great job there, studio is nice with great lights, basic easels and simple supplies if you forgot yours. You have 2,5 hours class for beginner or 3 hours - advanced. Charles is a very good teacher, experienced master, kind, caring, attentive, with a good sense of humor. He really cares, his classes are timed and structured to some degree but you still have possibility to work at your pace, you are encouraged to be creative and open-minded, critic is very constructive and kind. Totally recommend!
A group uses a large room on the third floor to hold a dance and show once a month. I only attended the dance/show and have never been there for the building's normal use. The building itself is realitively modern and excellent shape.
It's a large building with plenty of rooms and areas open to the public. I enjoyed the scene people watching lol and just moving through the different galleries to see what struck me or grabbed ahold. They also had a nice little assortment of snacks and sweets.
Arts Council is a great place to connect with the community as well as with the arts. Their recent salsa social was great not only in recognition of the Hispanic community but for those who enjoy dancing salsa. Great place...one of Princeton's best.
This is a great well-run facility. It's tremendous asset for the community. every event I've been to or film that I've seen screen here has been well done. It's a nice building and a great location.
Great day and evening adult art classes kids classes too. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Art Council of Princeton is located downtown Princeton, NJ. Meter parking until 8:00pm. Walking distance from parking garage, restaurants, shopping, and Princeton University.
