Arts Unbound is a studio and gallery specializing in the visual arts for youth and adults with disabilities.

Story

Arts Unbound is dedicated to the artistic achievement of people living with disabilities and to the continuing artistic enrichment of seniors. We provide visual arts education and professional development to help emerging artists compete on the retail market. By promoting the work of artists with disabilities and seniors, we center their art-making rather than any impairments and by doing so challenge the stigma associated with disability and aging.

Our goals:

- To promote careers in the visual arts as an option for people with disabilities.

- To provide ongoing participatory arts programming to seniors to support their artistic expression and emotional well-being.

- To ensure artists with disabilities have equal access to resources and can express their own creative vision, rather than be isolated or suppressed.

Mission

To teach arts appreciation, develop skills in the visual arts and provide vocational opportunities to artists and emerging artists living with special needs.

Products

Professional art studio provides classes in photography, ceramics, sculpture, painting, collage, assemblage, jewelry making and much more. The Arts Unbound gallery offers artists opportunity to display works of art for sale to the public in a beautiful burgeoning arts district in the Orange Valley.
