This little studio is exactly what I need after a long work day. The instructors are all excellent and the workout is always a hard one! As a former member of Lifetime Fitness who couldn't stand how packed the classes were this is a nice welcome change.
If you are looking for a great workout, amazing instructors, and a supportive atmosphere, this is your place!!!
