Things to know Your rental deposit takes one month to be returned. The deposit is 6,000 baht. You need cash for the tolls. They are understaffed, bring your patience. All of the car rental locations are side by side near door 7 on arrival floor. We had to wait over an hour for our car. ASAP doesn’t mean right away. I would go elsewhere for car rentals. Chic Car Rent had cars for less and is located one booth over.

I went to pickup my booking from rentalcars.com and the agent said they didnt have my booking. I showed booking reference but she said no booking and no cars. I then got another rental, but ASAP then called me to say my rental was ready. As I already paid new booking and ASAP's fault + help new agent, the ASAP team said Rentalcars.com would contact me. When returning the rental, I went to ask ASAP why I had no contactand they advised they took no action and I have to call rentalcars.com. The MGR on duty per picture took no effort to fix their mistake. Very dissapointing service from 2 staff.

Very bad experience!!!! Do not rent from this place, they will charge you damage fee on the smallest dent on the car for 5350 baht and this is not right!!! There are tons of other dents on the car and you can see how much they made just charging on this!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

Don't rent a car from them! The deposit is not returned. they keep at their disposal the maximum amount of his time, ignoring our messages. deadlines have passed. the money was not returned. The company says that now we will return - wait. it's been 4 months! scammers!!! Scam!!!!

ฺThe worst-quality service for corporate long-term contract customers I've ever dealt with! Try to avoid this company. Even for safety issue, this company tries to minimize all relevant expenses. I strongly recommend not to rent all cars from this company.

I never book this company again. First they are to expensive, even companies with an international name like Europcar, ... are much cheaper. Then their service is undertaken. I was book a car in Bangkok airport and want bring back them at Phuket airport. Other companies make them free of charge, here they want 8000 bath from me. I booked the car from 27.1.20 -15.02.20. I had a family emergency and cannot drive to Phuket, so I call the company and ask if I can bring the car back in Bangkok and they refund me the 8000 bath for the dropoff service in Phuket, but they don‘t refund me one coin. Horrible company, never in my life again.

Expensivr rental. The lady madr me pay for an extra day for 2 hours late. I also brang bat a car days before my rental was supposed to be finished and they didnt want to give me a refund. Never rent from them again

Rubbish car rental service. DO NOT EVER RENT A CAR FROM THEM DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Very helpful frontdesk counter. Rented a yaris and the condition was superb.

Decent service. HQ Theparak staffs are very nice. Rental car is in good condition
