I am so excited to be working with this company for security services. The staff is by far some of the most knowledgeable people I have ever worked with. Thanks for taking care of all of our spam issues and discussing these things with my staff. I would also like to ad that your newsletters have been a big help for my staff in all areas up to date security issues. I was amazed at the service from ASG!! First, they do mostly commercial accounts and I am just a regular guy. When I called, Heather, said "let me check and see if we can help" and they did! I had a driver issue that I had two separate online companies work on and could not fix. I brought it into ASG and set an appointment to bring it back for service. Not only did they have it repaired in a day, but they ordered me an new battery and all of that was MORE affordable then either of the online service. Honestly, I expected a bill twice that much!! The follow up on the repairs and progress was awesome. Phone, email and snail mail. I cannot recommend their services enough!! Sincerely, Tommy Cook
