Worst landlord on the planet.  I'm surprised the city hasn't shut down the building where my office is. The elevator breaks down constantly (and has been for the past FOUR YEARS), the heat stops working, and they don't respond to maintenance requests. They've also been sending me an inaccurate invoice for the past 9 months. Don't come anywhere near this management company.  Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp is pure, unfiltered garbage.

Just another example of the cadre of large, faceless real-estate developers sucking the heart and soul out of NY communities and exploiting small businesses. Thanks for making NY unlivable!
