Smallest place I've ever lived. The handicap apartments are even small. They also do inspections no matter if you're home or not. The neighbors have to know everyone's business, and people tend to play favoritism. Also, there is a lot of druggies in and out and vandalism at night along with constant police calls. I'll NEVER live there again or recommend living at Bay Tower.
I wasn't there I only was giving rides to people. They are nice apartments but I hear the waiting list is 10 mi long LOL
