Beautiful store. Super fresh produce. Great bulk item selection. Huge variety of spices, sauces, frozen items, noodles, and treats. Our family loves visiting this store. 10 out of 10, this is a community gem.
Faraway from my home , almost 9000 miles . I can spend forever in one of these doors and never ever lose interest in the Asian Supermarket . These new location grocery stores do not only offer you top notch Asian products when it comes to food and cooking utensils, but they also offer you lots of choices for your snacks , It is not just China products that they offer, but also Vietnam , Japanese, Thai, Indian and African . The choices are endless and the selection quality are fantastic. Make sure to come after you get payroll
Best Asian and Other Ethnic Grocery in ND! Really love this Asian, South Asian, Southeast Asian, Filipino, Halal, African & Caribbean + Market! Having been spoiled with the plethora of great ethnic groceries in NYC, CA, and NJ, I didn’t expect a lot from a grocery in Fargo North Dakota. But you will see for yourself that you can get so many fresh goodies from all over the world in this one special place. Prices are very reasonable. The owner is very friendly and nice. It’s clean … without that old food, dried and preserved odor, smell of old meat ethnic store … because some store are not clean. And the spices and overwhelm you with all kinds of smells mixed with dust. But this grocery takes very good care to have strong lighting to see what you need, has updated fresh items, doesn’t have the unsightly meat rack of pig heads and feet I can’t look at slaughtered animals not only bc I’m mostly vegetarian but bc it just looks scary to me and not appetizing, and has so many great brands and foods from different nations. There were 5 Chocó Pie flavors Korean marshmallow pie. But I also found a gem I can’t find anywhere … After Eight Mints! It was so amazing and I had to buy it! I also bought Indian food, Korean ramen, Filipino Turón which is a plátano w filó dough like wrap with honey or other sauce impossible to find in most cities unless it’s one w a high concentration of Filipinos, halal chocolate…etc. I stock up when I’m here because it’s a distance for me but I am very happy going here.
I love their selection. Some of the frozen foods could be better, as some are old and freezer burned. I wish the meat section disappeared. Overall, I'm glad they exist. I can't wait for their new, 4x the space location!
Very interesting and large store. Cuisine's from Mexico to India and southeast Asia seem well stocked. Frozen shrimp, whole fish, goat, black duck, etc looked nicely hard frozen. Duck eggs on the shelves along with some of my favorite hard to find flours like millet and masareppa. Fruit drinks that are all juice,no added sugar and a lot of organic packaged foods along with some produce were healthy options but there were also all kinds of snacks, treats, sauces from everywhere and many frugal products could be found in the dried spices small bottles go a long way and the legumes 30+ varieties!. A whole isle of Asian noodles for the noodle lovers almost everyone and I never made my way to the rice isle. Next time I'll check the rice. I'm definitely going back. They take credit cards at the modern cash register. I gave 4 stars because some shelves are dirty from oily jars and the grime that can come with imported cases. The store smells mildly of crab and fish which cannot be helped while the new shipment was being put in the retail cooler.
Truthfully, I came here primarily for snacks. Found most of what I wanted for myself and friends at a good price. There are a lot of seafood options here, so the smell of them is prevalent throughout.
Found what I needed, but there was a whole lot of meat and fish and produce that we're in disgusting condition. The whole store smells like rotting food, the smell being the worst near the "fresh" food.
Its a well stocked and cheap asian grocery store. They have cheap rice and a good selection of ramuné if your into such things. The smell when you first walk in might be overpowering but its not the worst fish smell I've ever. The freezer selection is good. The vegetables are typically exotic asian stuff if your looking for missing ingredients for a stir fry or recipes. Also bring cash they offer a discount for it.
