I had the best deep massage there today. I suffer from back pain due to spinal injury. My Dr. told me last week that my muscles were very tight. They worked out my knot's, walked on my back, hot stones and towels,etc. I feel amazing after 30yrs of pain. I'm going every month here on in. Thank you so much

Legit massage but grumpy service Asian Charm opened fairly recently in the rear of a strip-mall across from the Mall of New Hampshire. I've been in four times and had the same massage therapist each time. To answer the obvious question in a post-Bob Kraft world, yes, it's a legitimate, no-funny-business massage / bodywork place, at least in my experience. The facility is clean and new, and the massage tables are fine. I've called ahead for reservations for each of my visits. The massage has typically been OK -- loosely following the Chinese Tui Na script, decent pressure when you ask, but not particularly "responsive". A couple times, the therapist has "walked" on my back not my favorite technique, but it gets a lot of pressure on knots when done right; this person doesn't do it right, and it's more irritating than helpful. After about half an hour, I had to ask her to stop. The real massage portion was fine -- and the hot stones a brief but welcome touch. In general, the "not responsive" thing applies uniformly -- my therapist seemed to be going through the motions more than noting where I had issues. I have also had to remind her to close the door to the therapy room repeatedly. Privacy isn't high on the list of concerns, I guess. Each visit, I have been careful to tip over 20% -- even an OK massage is real work... and each time, I have had the sense I was disappointing the therapist. Today, I scheduled for two hours, paid ahead of time, and tipped $25 dollars 22%. She literally demanded more, suggesting $40. I gave her another $10, thinking she would give me back $5. That wasn't happening. Sorry, it wasn't that good a massage, and I don't like feeling like I am being held up. I'm done. I think you can do better, too.

Pretty good! Worked out the knots and even cracked my back. Not as relaxing as I thought but I left with a lot less tension in my shoulders.

My masseuse was very professional. Asked what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable. I plan on returning because it was so good.
