One of the best biryani I ate here. Very clean restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
If you want traditional, authentic Indian and Pakistani food, this little gem is the place to go. Their food is phenomenal. Their karahi gosht is my favorite and they have *the best* samosas I have ever had. They are so well balanced and spiced and they are cooked to absolute perfection. The sauce that comes with them is delicious as well. Their meats are cooked until they are tender and fall apart, but aren't overcooked and dry. Absolutely delicious. If you have a sensitive, baby New England palate, don't bother going here. You won't appreciate it. However, if you actually enjoy food that has flavor and spices and is cooked expertly, this is the place for you.
Garbage Restaurant, 100% DO NOT GO. Food is average at best. Some of there stuff is good like chaat and some kebabs but very inconsistent. Some dishes aren't authentic like biryani which was good a month ago but this time, it had daal in it. I think they reuse rice, curries, and others from one dish to another. The reason not to go is the People and the service. The son who works the front is angry and rude. Always with an airpod in his ear. He goes out of his way to intentionally not acknowledge when someone is talking to him. The father and the son are both super disrespectful and treat us like they are doing us a favor by allowing us to dine at their restaurant. The rude son gave us one plate for the whole meal including appetizers. We had to organize and carry our plates to the counter, get new ones, distribute it amongst our party ourselves. We had to grab our own napkins, had to literally server our own food because the rude son kept piling up food on the corner of the table where it was easier for him to drop it. He didn't even want to make the effort to put the dishes in the center of table or spread them out. Also, this restaurant has no idea what they are doing. The biryani comes before plates and cutlery. The appetizers come after Biryani. 10 minutes after that, we get butter chicken and chicken tikka which are the same dish and the son couldn't even tell them apart when asked. Ten minutes after dropping the curries, comes the bread when the dishes are already cold. Towards the end, I went up and asked for the check to be brought to the table because the son is listening to his tunes at the register and doesn't pay attention when 11 people are trying to call him. The father thinks I don't speak Urdu and tells his son in an angry tone, "make him pay at the counter, don't take the bill to the table. He should come to the counter and pay it!" So not only does the son ignore and completely mess up the atmosphere of the meal, we also have to service ourself and when we go up to ask for check, apparently that is not correct either. I firmly believe this restaurant could be a good restaurant and service the Pakistani Muslim community for years to come but not with such rude/disrespectful owner/operators. The father should realize his customers deserve some curtesy and respect. Not a lot but at least give me customer service that is up to par with a local Dunkin Donuts. Do not berate or insult your customers in your kitchen and act like you are doing us a favor by allowing us to dine at your establishment. We will not dine at this restaurant and will make sure all our friends/families don't either.
My favorite Chicken Tikka Masala out of anywhere, and such delicious Samosas! Everything else I've tried is great too, but those are my favorites I have lived nearby for about a year now and this is my go-to place for comfort eats. I order from here all the time, and it is always a great experience! Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious vegetarian options!
Spouse is Pakistani and very hard to please. We had the Bhindi gosht okra and meat and gajar ki halwa a sweet carrot dish, everything was fantastic! Indian food is not too difficult to find but good Pakistani food is and they nailed it! Awesome food!
Legit Pakistani food. Have lived in Boston for four years and this is the closest to home cooking I’ve found at a Pakistani restaurant in New England. Fresh, flavorful, well balanced, and authentic. We came with a group of eight and sampled a decent selection from the menu. From excellent chicken samosas crunchy, flaky crust and well seasoned chicken without a hint of oiliness to tender goat karahi gosht and saag spinach chicken. Wrapped the meal with great chai and rasmalai. Will certainly be back.
Very quality rice and chicken, I had the Chicken Biryani and the $7 lunch portion filled me up and I only ate 1/3 of it haha. The owner was friendly and gave me an extra hot sauce container to go that tasted very unique, definitely a pleasant surprise. He even declined my offer to tip which I have never seen. Not sure if it was solely because he knew it was my first time but still nice. My only complaints are I wish there was more chicken but there was so much rice I absolutely got my money's worth and unfortunately there were a few bones that I bit on in the dish. You can see them at the top of my picture. I am not experienced enough with Indian food to know if this is traditional or an accident but that is why I rated 4. The picture was taken after I finished eating haha.
Near to i-93. While returning from White Mountains family was tired. It was a good idea to opt dine in. Clean and nice place . Good taste and place to eat Desi Food. Loved the Kabab and Biryani served hot.
Ordered butter chicken and chicken korma. Received chicken tikka masala instead of butter chicken. The tikka masala was good even is was the wrong order. The chicken korma is bland. Only street parking, so parking may be difficult. Order take a long time, so would recommend order online or call in.
Family owned and operated. Food was very good, Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian dishes.
