Service was pleasant. The place is small but clean. The restrooms were clean. The food was good. Very crunchy chicken. I always appreciate that. The big downfall was how horrible the bubble tea was. It was very watery. Don't waste your 3.95 on that. Over all a good experienceFood: 4/5

Best Chinese food in Louisville. Also, having had General Tso's chicken from numerous Chinese restaurants in New York City, Ann Arbor MI, and Louisville, I can confidently say that Asian Wok makes the yummiest General Tso's chicken of them all! It's always flavorful, fresh, and has the perfect amount of crispiness. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the customer service over the phone is always polite. General Tso's at Asian Wok. You won't be disappointed!

We ordered delivery on New Year's Eve, and the service was fast, the driver super friendly, the food was hot and the ingredients fresh and perfectly prepared. Oh, and the portions were pretty huge. We had leftovers for two days. My fiancee especially loved the egg rolls. We are planning another Asian Wok night soon.

Ordered via DoorDash -- delivery was fast and arrived piping hot. The crab rangoon was crispy and delicious. I wasn't a fan of the egg roll, and the fried rice alone was basic but good. The General Tso's Chicken is some of the best I've had: generous portion, flavorful sauce with the tiniest bit of spice, and the chicken stood up to the sauce without getting soggy. This is my new go-to place for Chinese takeout.

After our favorite Chinese takeout place closed, we were very happy to find Asian Wok. We've ordered from them multiple times in the past two years and are always satisfied. Tonight we put in a large order, with special instructions for extra broccoli on Kung Pao combo, and multiple appetizers. Unfortunately, the food that came did not include those special instructions or one of our appetizers. This has never happened before and I called to let them know the discrepancy. They offered me credit on the next order, but I asked if they were able to correct and delivered the missing items. Without hesitation they said it would not be a problem, and 20 mins later, we received an entire extra order of Kung Pao along with a double order of the missing krab Rangoon's, the delivery driver smiling and friendly, I made sure to give an extra tip. I had to write a review because this level of service is above average from anywhere else I've experienced. We've been loyal customers for a long time and will continue to be because how this business conducts themselves is so admirable, and every item is fresh and quality product. I commend the employees at Asian Wok for being so gracious and lovely and consistent. Side note- I was extremely kind, apologetic, and grateful over the phone and I think it made the world of a difference. Please be patient with these family owned businesses and keep in mind they are only human. The good ones will do exactly what Asian wok has done in this scenario. I hope they stay open forever because they will always be our number one! We love you A.W.!!

Asian Wok is the best asian food in the city. They have the best Lo Mein in the WORLD. The hardest part about moving away from louisville is leaving asian wok’s lo mein. Also their sushi is amazing!!

For my bank lunch, everyone ordered something…. 21 orders and everything was correct when I got back to the bank. It was really good, really hot and everything had a name with it. We will be back for sure.

I love coming here and their portion sizes are amazing. Don't pass up the chance to try their delicious bubble teas which in my opinion are the best I've found so far in this city! Their food has not ever disappointed me in the duration of the time I have been coming here and it is always fresh and amazing. I highly recommend coming here to anyone looking for great tasting food!! They're also set up currently for covid conditions and offer DoorDash and Postmates. Can order online or in person.

The Crab Rangoon and the sushi is delicious. But the hibachi, not Hibachi at all. It’s Chinese food made to look like it. If you want real hibachi then this isn’t the place.

Ordered through door dash first time ordering. Only Ordered yum roll and fried rice , but both was delicious, my four yr old doesn't usually eat sushi, but keeps pointing for another piece. Order was packed right, enough silverware napkins and sauces !!!! Will BE Back !!!
