Called last night to get in for emergency tooth issue. Made it clear needed it done by noon today. We had a plane to catch and needed to Be at airport by noon. Just fix a filling that popped out on a front tooth. Got appointment for 8 am. Instead of getting looked at for my tooth, I got comprehensive e rays of my entire moth, poking and prodding for gum disease, consult with a dentist, and offered up a complete dental treatment for about $3,000 after insurance—even though I told them again and again I already had a dentist and I just needed the tooth fixed. Again and gain. Was told they just had a cancelation—they could fit me in! The dentist and assistant were nice, but I had water rolling down my cheek and still hat tooth fragments in my mouth 30 minutes after we left. $100 after insurance to get my tooth fixed was not bad at all, but the entire experience was frustrating. Oh, and they don’t have nitrous oxide. Two stars only because billing receptionist and dental and assistant were nice.’
All I can say is… AMAZING! I had my crown/implant break and they made sure to have my tooth in before my wedding day. Friendly staff, very hard working and love what they do! I would recommend Aspen dental to anyone!
Had a crown pulled stating it had a cavity inside. Had 2 different dentists look at x-rays after the fact. One said he didn't see anything. Another said it could have been fixed. Also had a cavity fixed. Said it was just a small one. She kept drilling and picking after the 4th time drilling She said " oh what am I gonna do now? " Finally finished up and she said I might need a root canal. Are you fricken kidding me? I lost all confidence. Also had a temporary partial made. What a waste of 1k. It hurt so bad I couldn't even wear it. Tried selling me bone grafts in case I wanted implants. After my last visit I asked if it was to late to get the bone grafts as I was considering implants after that temporary partial was a bust. Was told o I don't need grafts for implants. Another money taking gimmick. They never followed through to see if I wanted my permanent partial. Left me hanging. Kept my money that I paid for up front for having a partial that I never got. After bout 9 months I got a credit back on my card. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Waste of time for me. When calling about broken tooth, went over insurance info, was advised of free exam and asked if I had any friends/family that would also like a free exam. Checked in at their office for appointment, answered questions/ they photocopied drivers license and insurance card, verified insurance a 2nd time, told I would see dentist in less than an hour. Sat down and waited. When my name was called I was told I would have to pay cash they don't accept my insurance. I told them I cannot pay cash today and was going to begin calling a list of dentists again to find one. They asked if I wanted to wait around waste more time and have a free exam anyways. Are you kidding? No!!! What's the free exam gimmick about!? Thanks for wasting my morning
This place was great. I drove over an hour to see a dentist because nobody in my area is accepting new patients at this time. They took the time to explain everything they were seeing. I would highly recommend.
Great staff and were kind and helpful. Only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because the X-ray machine has a sensor with some uncomfortably sharp edges. I’ll definitely be returning!
Aspen dental was very dishonest with me. They made me pay up front 8500 dollars for a complete work. They had done only 1/4 of the job, and they start to ask for more money. They put in my mouth cheap material that irritated my gums badly. They are not using my money for what they warranty that would get done. The tech that did my cleaning in Fargo ND was having a hard hand, I think she was trying to break my teeth or the filling.
Can't say enough good things about Aspen Dental. Most thorough check up and extensive xrays I've ever had! Looking forward to getting my partial from them.
They're dishonest. The phone answering service and folks at the front desk were not honest with what Aspen could do for me or how they could help. They oversold things and under delivered, giving false hope instead of being honest. Once I actually got back and saw the dental team, they were kind and helpful. But the management and communication from the front-facing people made this a very poor experience for me, and I would recommend looking elsewhere where a place will communicate more honestly.
Not impressed. I knew Aspen Dental has had several lawsuits due to ovrr charging. But I thought I would try them cause a friend used them with no problems. 2 days before my appointment I did my check-in on phone only to find out it would be a 90 minute appointment but not to get my cleaning. Never have I seen this before. What takes 90 minutes? I normally get a cleaning every 6 months and have NEVER seen this. I think they still be scamming!!!
