The Aspen team was great in explaining services and getting an appointment set up for duct cleaning. Corey and Nick came out today and performed the cleaning and anti-bacterial/fungi treatments on the ducts and furnace coil. They explained the processes, answered questions, and were neat/conscientious through it. Excellent experience.

The Aspen Environmental Team led by Moses did a fabulous job! Cory, Leo and Moses were quiet, respectful, thorough and glad clean the ducts to the highest of standards. All this late on a Friday afternoon. You all are Wicked Wonderful! Debbie

We had flooding and a pipe crack over the past year that caused major water damage. In both instances Aspen came asap and did a great job mitigating the damage. They also use green cleaners that are good on the lungs! Working through insurance was easy as well. Highly recommend using James, Damien, and their entire team! They were super responsive to every question, highly recommended!

Aspen Environmental is a great company to work with. From the first phone call I made to them to the last visit to our house to finish the work they were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Every interaction with the company was great. Office folks were friendly, workers at the house were excellent and the follow-up on all aspects of the work was thorough. We had air sealing and insulation work done via the Mass Save program. Would absolutely use them again for any services they offer.

Aspen came to repair blown in cellulose that was mistakenly pumped into my HVAC system. They did a great job remedying the situation. They were respectful, attentive, clean, and thoughtful. After my good experience I contacted them about having my ducts sealed with aeroseal. I have a one zone home so having an efficient system was critical for me. Cori and his team were attentive, educating, and thoughtful. They walked me through the measurements and were able to reduce my duct leakage by 85 percent! Having run my ac for the past week it is clearly more efficient and getting improved airflow. Once they left, I realized they tripped a circuit and I couldn't find the outlet. They sent a guy right over and fixed the simple mistake. Seemingly good people over there doing good work!

I would caution anyone against using this place based on the offer that the cost of initial testing and evaluation would then be applied towards remediation services. I invested over $1k for testing and then Apsen flaked out on providing the remediation services. Not only did they lose a sale for the remediation, despite ME persistently calling and TRYING to get the work arranged to spend money with them, but they wasted my time and took advantage of me at a vulnerable point - my contact knew I was calling and texting him from the hospital trying to set this work up during a difficult inpatient stay and illness, which was part of why I was ready to shell out thousands for mold remediation and air quality. I ended up feeling like they simply took advantage of me and took my initial $1k and ran. Unprofessional and unethical

While having our central AC replaced we found there was a leak that had likely been going on for months creating a significant amount of water damage & mold in the walls. Joel & Angel came in, removed all of the wet & moldy surfaces, and treated the areas thoroughly with safe treatments. They were kind, professional, on time, respectful. Everyone I have dealt with from the office staff to the technicians have been nothing short of wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend choosing them!!

I had my ductwork cleaned by Aspen. The team was exceptional with the quality of their work, the respect to my property, and their ability to explain all aspects of their work. Great job!

Josias, Damian, and Dominic came in to remove the ceiling in my bathroom. They were very courteous and considerate of my home as well as swift workers finishing about an hour earlier than I was originally told to expect. I am often nervous about people coming and going because of my pets, but they made sure the door was closed behind them and were not put off by my dog's constant whines for attention. I am very grateful for their work ethic and kindness.

*EDIT* Let’s just say I no longer feel the same way. I was waiting for a response for over a month, and no one had the audacity to answer me because they didn’t want to get “involved” no one was involving them in anything, they provide a service and they should provide the results and what the customer that paid over $800 for test results. Shame on Aspen. Daniel was amazing! Called me back and came right over for my EMERGENCY! I feel so much better with his help and knowledge. 100/100 would recommend if you need an estimate, or a mold test! still waiting on lab results, but for right now I feel safe. ASPEN ASPEN ASPEN!!
