Aspen Green Gas Works did an amazing job on our fireplace remodel. Maria provided exceptional customer service and her team did a tremendous job with the installation and stone work. We couldn’t be happier with the end result!
21468 They helped us installed fireplace and gas line for our kitchen 2 years ago, and we are still waiting for inspection approval. The inspector rejected the work and asked for some modifications. Aspen's team didn't agree with what the inspector asked and told me that they will be talking to inspector and get the issues resolved. A few months later we are still waiting. We have been trying to contact them, but they didn't reply to our email nor calls. hope this google review would get them to contact back and get our permit done.
I was putting off my new fireplace, bc I didn't want the hassle. Finally, I called Maria Lagoe at Aspen Green Gasworks, and she took care of everything. Her experience and expertise helped me to get the fireplace of my dreams. The process, including the install, was quick and painless. I am so pleased. Everyone was polite and respectful. And on time! It is rare to have such a great experience, and I just can't say enuf positive things. My experience was excellent.
They are very dishonest. They quoted me a lower price but when comes the installation time, they asked for a lot more money. I won't do business with them again.
All I have to say is one of the best companies Iv ever had the pleasure dealing with. Always providing impeccable service to the great falls area. Known them since I was a youngster, keep doing what you guys are doing. TV
We contacted Aspen Green Gasworks to give us a price quote on a new gas fireplace insert. We thought the price was quite affordable. We love the transformation it gave our den. It's beautiful and keeps us warm all winter long. We are going to use them again soon for our 2nd fireplace.
I spoke with 5 other gas fireplace vendors before deciding on Aspen Green. There was really no other choice after we met with Maria in the showroom and talked specifics. She was much more supportive in the decision making process, and offered full project management services, to which none of the other vendors agreed. The finished result was terrific. Two crews were involved in the work, one to remove a 30 year old gas fireplace and then install the new one, and another to enclose the fireplace and install stone framing and mantel. The crews were both consummate professionals who did meticulous work. First rate!
I recently have my gas fireplace updated by Aspen Green Gasworks. I had an old gas log when I moved in the current house about 16 years ago. Never was able to use it because it did not produce any heat when the the gas log was turn on and on top of that it suck out the heat from the house too. I wanted to use the existing fireplace without spending a lot of money. Maria was very knowledgeable and patient. She helped me with a solution that meets my needs. The installation team, Chuck and Ian were delightful to work with. Now I have a functional fireplace that I can turn on remotely and enjoy the ambiance and some heat in the house as well. I highly recommend Aspen Green Gasworks.
My second gas fireplace conversion with Aspen Green. Took a little while to get things rolling as one owner was out sick, but once back at work installation was quickly scheduled. Installation was on schedule and very professionally done. Good people to work with.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DISASTER! Maria and Chuck did a pretty good job on helping us pick Regency a gas insert and getting it installed, especially during COVID. The issue is service after the sale. I contacted Maria on October 19, 2022 due to our unit not staying lit. The unit was still under the two-year warranty until November 5, 2022 and Maria assured me that the work would be completed and covered by the warranty. Over the next two months I repeatedly called and emailed both Maria and Chuck and was told I was a "PRIORITY" customer, and they would put me on the schedule "Next Week". I have been given the excuse that they have health issues that do not allow them to service customers. I can understand this impacting the business for a couple of weeks, but nearly three months? Maria informed me that they did not want to send out a technician that was not certified to work on a Regency. How about hire and send someone to school? Well, it has been 11 WEEKS and at no time have they reached out to me to schedule a service call. As bad as I hate to give a business, especially a small family business, a bad review. Here it is "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSWHERE!" The reply below is an outright lie! The backer plate did not fit and I decided not to use it. I was never reimbursed for the backer plate. Neither Maria or Chuck ever mentioned anything about us owing them money before they would come out and do the warranty work. Maria actually told us they would be coming out when Chuck was feeling better and she would make sure the work would be covered under the warranty. She also told me she had already submitted a claim with Regency. We finally gave up trying to run them down to get the work done. I wonder if it is illegal to submit a warranty claim and never do the work. As you can see, too much drama working with this company!
