I'm so happy to share the rating of my experiences with Aspen Mortuary in Lakewood, CO. Aspen has graciously and respectfully taken great care of three of my family members over the past 24 years. My daddy, my momma and most recently my husband. The most cherished call I received was from Tina telling so tenderly, "Nola, I'm calling to let you know Michael is in our care." I wept to know my husband was being taken care of by the gentle, caring hands at Aspen Mortuary. God bless each of you at Aspen Mortuary in Lakewood. Kindness and caring off the charts!
My mother passed away over 3 weeks ago and Aspen still has not completed her cremation or been able to figure out where they put her death certificate. The only thing they have been able to do is make excuses on the rare occasions I am able to get in contact with someone. Their disorganization and poor management have made a horrible situation so much more stressful and painful than it needed to be.
Contacted Aspen Mortuary in Arvada after my son passed. They were very helpful and showed a lot of compassion. They even reached out a couple of times after the ceremonies to see if there was anything else they could do for me. I would highly recommend them.
Everyone was very nice and respectful during this difficult time. Tina explained how everything worked and when we'd receive the ashes and death certificate. I would use them again if needed.
Tina and the staff at Aspen Mortuary made us feel so comforted. We felt as though our father and all the arrangements were so intricately and sensitively conducted. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their services were very professional. After speaking with friends and family members about their experiences with other companies, it was clear that Aspen Mortuary makes sure that every detail is taken care of, in a professional and sensitive manner. We felt so blessed to have them caring for our father and us during this time of grief.

We have used Aspen Mortuary in Arvada twice in the last 9 years for my Father, then my Mother, and the kindness, assistance in a difficult time and professionalism was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who faces that time when this type of service is necessary. They are exceptional!
I highly recommend Aspen Mortuaries. They are extremely professional, courteous, compassionate, and caring. All of this is on top of being very price competitive. You can count on Aspen Mortuaries to be there for you and your family during a very difficult time.
I used the Lakewood location and was impressed with the way they did business. Lew was very compassionate while we were talking, trying to decide what we wanted. He gave us suggestions and never once tried to change our minds to spend more money. When I picked up my daughters ashes he greeted me with the same compassion and attention. It was a very hard time for me and my children, but with the understanding Lew showed the situation was easier.
I felt at ease. Confortable talking about my husband... thank you.
