Not enforcing the mask mandate on the evening shift. Morning shift is friendlier, more efficient, and appears to be compliant. Gym has everything needed for total body workout. Pool was the main draw, but not sure I’ll return. Enough BS in the world. Don’t need to risk my life and be treated like garbage—anywhere—including here.

Really enjoyed the few days I came to the pool here. Structure is a bit strange, you have to take the stairs to get from the locker rooms to the pool. That's my only gripe. There is a small outdoor bodyweight workout area. Would visit more often if it wasn't so out of my way.

Love everyone doing their thing, I get inspired by the energy and workout harder!

Teaching and dancing every Sunday 1 to 5 pm for very small and nominal costs by a highly skilled teacher. Anyone can join and learn and have lots of fun while learning, and a very friendly crowd.

Kinda dirty but great place to chill at

This place can do with a few updates and a few new workout machines. But I guess you get what you pay for. It's no planet fitness or NY Sports club but you can get your workout done here. It also has a swimming pool and fitness classes.
