I have been harrassed by this company in the middle of Covid at work.
Not even one star here. very condescending and rude and absolutely no empathy whatsoever. As if my interest on a medical bill is actually paying their wages. These companies act like we are doing this on purpose
The reps here are extremly rude and unprofessional and make a sensitive topic 100% worse.
Received information about some debt ive had for over 10 years now! I contacted my school which the debt came from and they informed me all my loans were in good standing, and i had no other loans Asset is saying I owe them over $8k! complete lies. Extremely rude when i called. Honestly i wish i can give them 0 stars
Unbelievably unhelpful. Rude, and lack any sense of empathy when answering simple questions related to the debt being collected.
I wish I could rate these guys lower than one star, cruel, heartless and the most rude people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I understand they have a job to do but really?
